0.1.2 - Ghura / RHS tank spawning fix

Fixed the white preview remaining without a spawned vehicle when RHS is active with Ghura. The tank now explicitly enables its tracked simulation, controller and network movement, overriding disabled settings inherited from the shared tracked vehicle base.
All three variants retain the 0.1.1 browser registration. Models, weapon stations, camera, removed servo sounds and custom licence are unchanged.

0.1.1 - Entity Browser fix

Added Game Master / Arma Vision Entity Browser registration for all three M24 variants: Woodland, Obsidian and GhuraAA.
Search for Ghura or Konzeptpanzer. Added localized searchable names, vehicle/modded/armored labels and a tank preview image.
Existing tank systems, M24 modules, removed servo sounds and the custom license are unchanged.
