Nasty Explosives - IED Fix

Hotfix for Nasty Explosives mod.

Fixes an issue where IED Bomb and Car Bomb used the vanilla M15 AT mine warhead instead of the author's custom high-damage IED warhead.

Features:
- Restores full 60,000 explosive damage to IED and Car Bomb.
- Restores 30m blast radius and 40m shrapnel fragmentation radius.
- Requires the original Nasty Explosives mod.
