TWS Cell Hunt - Takistan

Asymmetric counterinsurgency intelligence. Coalition begins with no knowledge of the Main Cache and must work inward through the population: civilians reveal HVTs, and HVTs taken alive to the MOB reveal the Cache. The insurgency preserves uncertainty and burns the clock.
