Server-side rule addon for The Air Hole : Midwestern Hospitality. It promotes players to General rank at start and refresh points so rank-gated content is available without grinding. Compatibility: intended for vanilla Campaign/Conflict-derived scenarios and custom scenarios using SCR_GameModeCampaign and SCR_CharacterRankComponent. It can usually run with PvE, Game Master, zombie, loadout, and arsenal addons that do not replace character rank handling.
