Kyrenox Disable MSAR automatically disables Military Supply Allocation by Rank when the game mode starts.

The addon also re-applies the disabled state when new players connect, helping to prevent the known issue where MSAR can remain active for late joiners.

Features:
- Automatically disables MSAR after every server restart
- Supports players joining later
- Works independently of the selected scenario
- Does not change arsenal contents
- Does not remove item or vehicle rank requirements
- Does not change shared faction supplies

Designed for dedicated Arma Reforger servers.
