Description
Version 2.0 of the T-80U: new models and textures, a full crew interior, an animated autoloader and period night sights.
Includes the T-80UK command tank with Shtora-1 and TNA-4 navigation, and the TOS-1.
Replaces Zagoria 89 T80U. Do not load both mods together.

You may play this mod, host it on any server, record it, and use it as a Workshop dependency for your own mods, including ones that add your own items, decorations or variants on top of it, as long as they contain none of its files.
Without written permission you may not reupload or repack it, release edited copies of its files, extract or port its assets, or use it to train AI.
Commercial use, any monetization, and use outside Bohemia Interactive's games are never allowed. Servers approved by Bohemia Interactive for monetization may run it, as long as its content is never sold or locked behind a payment. The T-80 sound recordings are licensed from a third party and may not be extracted or reused. Versions up to 1.0.22 remain under APL.

1. Scope
1.1 "The Mod" means Zagoria 89 T-80U version 2.0 and later, as published by Kali87 on the Arma Reforger Workshop under ID 6ACACBE70343E8BD, including the TOS-1 and every other vehicle and item it contains.
1.2 "Original Content" means everything created for the Mod by Kali87 or by the contributors credited in its description. This includes 3D models and meshes, textures and materials, animations, sound configuration, particle effects, scripts, prefabs, configurations, layouts and their source files. It does not include the licensed sound recordings in 7.2.
1.3 This license covers the Original Content only. Section 7 covers Bohemia Interactive and third-party content. Section 8 covers earlier versions.
2. Ownership
2.1 The Original Content is owned by Kali87. Contributions by credited contributors are included and licensed with their permission.
2.2 The original release and initial setup of the Mod were made by TandemHEAT.
3. What you may do
Without asking, you may:
3.1 Download, install and play the Mod in Arma Reforger.
3.2 Run the Mod on any public or private server by loading it from the Workshop.
3.3 Take and share screenshots, videos and streams that show the Mod.
3.4 Publish your own mods that list the Mod as a Workshop dependency, such as scenarios, missions, compositions, faction packs, compatibility patches and add-ons that put your own items, decorations or variants on top of it. They may place the Mod's entities, inherit from its prefabs, reference its resources and call or extend its scripts. They must not contain, copy or redistribute any file or part of the Original Content.
4. What needs written permission
Without written permission from Kali87, you may not:
4.1 Reupload, mirror, repack or otherwise redistribute the Mod or any part of it, modified or unmodified, on the Workshop or anywhere else.
4.2 Extract, copy, port or reuse any Original Content in another mod, game or project, including other Bohemia Interactive games.
4.3 Create or distribute edited copies of the Original Content, such as edited models or textures, reskins made from its textures, or "fixed" versions of its files. Mods built on the Mod as a dependency under 3.4 are not edited copies.
4.4 Use the Original Content to train or prompt AI or machine-learning systems, or to generate other assets from it.
4.5 Remove or change the credits, copyright notices or this license.
5. What is never permitted
The following are not allowed under any circumstances, and no permission can be given for them:
5.1 Any commercial use of the Mod or its Original Content, and any direct or indirect monetization of it. This includes selling or renting it, putting its files behind a paywall, charging to unlock or use any of its vehicles or items in game, and offering any of it as a paid, donor-only or VIP perk.
Section 5.1 does not restrict a server's own monetization when that server is approved and listed by Bohemia Interactive for monetization and follows Bohemia Interactive's rules. Examples are paid entry, donations and priority queue access. Every player on that server must be able to use all of the Mod's content without paying anything extra. If the server loses that approval, this exception ends.
5.2 Any use of the Mod or its Original Content outside Bohemia Interactive's own products.
6. Asking for permission
Anything not allowed in section 3 needs prior written permission from Kali87. Permission applies only to the person and project it was given to and cannot be passed on. Section 5 cannot be waived.
7. Bohemia Interactive and third-party content
7.1 Content owned by Bohemia Interactive that the Mod uses or builds on remains under Bohemia Interactive's own terms. Any third-party content remains under its own license and is credited in the Mod's description.
7.2 The Mod's T-80 sound recordings come from the T-80 Tank SFX Library by SoundFX Studio and are used under a purchased license. They remain the property of their owner. This license grants no rights to them, and they may not be extracted, copied or reused in any form.
8. Earlier versions
Versions published before 2.0 (Workshop ID 672EBE927A8B6D96, up to and including 1.0.22) were released under the Arma Public License (APL) and remain under it. The APL never covered third-party content such as the sound recordings in 7.2. This license applies to version 2.0 and later, and to all content first published in them.
9. Breaches
Any breach of this license ends your permissions under it automatically. Infringing uploads will be reported to Bohemia Interactive for removal.
10. No warranty
The Mod is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Kali87 is not liable for any damage or loss arising from its use.
11. Changes
Each version of the Mod is governed by the license published with it. Kali87 may publish updated terms with later versions.
