Bomb pickup and visibility
•One physical bomb case appears near the current attacking team's staging start. Attackers may acquire it there or at the attacking LIVE start. A case not collected before release moves to the attacking LIVE start.
•Approach the marked case and use Acquire bomb. The mode records one carrier. It is a match objective, not a weapon/arsenal inventory item; there is no manual inventory drag/drop action.
•Only that living, authorized attacker can hold Plant bomb A/B at a site. Acquiring, planting and defusing are server-validated for identity, team, phase, body, distance and elapsed hold time.
•Carrier death, disconnect or loss of the original body drops a physical case at the carrier's position. Another living attacker can recover it. Defenders cannot acquire it.
•Attackers see the initial BOMB | PICK UP marker and static BOMB SITE A/B markers. Once acquired, the pickup marker disappears; there is no marker following the carrier.
•Both teams see DROPPED BOMB only while the device is dropped and uncarried. Defenders never get the initial pickup marker, carrier tracking or the attacker-only site markers. Picking the bomb up again hides that dropped marker.
•Marker projection is camera/viewport dependent: it appears when its world position is in front of the camera and on-screen, including through occlusion. No minimap or off-screen compass tracking was added.
•After planting, defenders must find and defuse the planted device. Dead attackers do not cancel an armed bomb. Round completion cancels/reset devices and actions so a second winner cannot race the result.
