1. SCOPE
These restrictions apply only to original creator-owned map, terrain, layout and other protected content in this NML edition for which the rights holders may grant these permissions. They do not claim ownership over Bohemia Interactive content, third-party assets, unprotected ideas, or content independently created by others.
2. AUTHORIZED USE - NML SERVERS ONLY
Non-commercial end use is authorized exclusively for playing on the official No Man's Land Arma Reforger servers. Players may download and install this edition through the Arma Reforger Workshop as required to join those servers. Necessary Workshop distribution and client caching for this authorized play are permitted. Mangrove and the NML maintainers authorized by him may maintain, fix and publish the official NML edition.
3. NO OTHER-SERVER USE
No other server, community or group is authorized by this license to host or use this edition. Any such use requires prior written permission from Mangrove or the relevant rights holder.
4. NO REUPLOADS, REPACKS OR PUBLISHED REDESIGNS
Without prior written permission from Mangrove or the relevant rights holder, you may not reupload, mirror, redistribute, sell, repack, bundle into another addon, or publish extracted portions of the protected content. You may not publish an edited, renamed, redesigned, adapted or reconstructed copy containing this protected map work. Changing a name, Workshop ID, layout, textures, terrain, objects or packaging does not itself grant permission to redistribute copied protected material.
5. KEEP THE CREATOR'S CREDIT
Retain Mangrove's attribution and copyright/license notices. Giving credit alone does not grant permission for prohibited use. Normal gameplay screenshots and videos are permitted subject to the applicable Bohemia Interactive rules.
6. BOHEMIA AND THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
This license does not override the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of Use, game/Tools EULAs, mandatory law, third-party licenses, or permissions already granted for earlier versions. Bohemia Interactive and third-party material remain under their own applicable terms. A separate config override that does not copy protected content is not automatically an infringing redesign under this notice.
7. REPORTING
Suspected unauthorized copied uploads may be reported to Bohemia Interactive with the original listing, source evidence and permission/ownership records. Bohemia decides Workshop action. This notice does not promise a takedown or a server ban. Bohemia states it does not police custom server-use licensing disputes or track other servers for the author.
