WCS Compatible update:
- Added a WCS-compatible version of the DM-22 PARM for servers running WCS_Arsenal.
  - New prefab: DM22_Item_wcsVersion – fits the WCS launcher slot instead of the primary slot.
  - Packing it up returns the WCS version again, so it keeps fitting the launcher slot.

- The normal DM-22 is unchanged and still in the US arsenal by default.

DAMAGE
- New dedicated DM-22 warhead and penetrator (no longer shares the vanilla RPG-7 PG7VR values)
- Much higher damage inside vehicles: penetrator damage greatly increased
- Better armour penetration (1600 mm)
- Reduced area damage: smaller blast and fewer fragments around the impact
- Stronger direct hit of the rocket body

SENSOR LINE
- "Show sensor line" now works on dedicated servers and in the game client
- New on-screen display: green line and marker for the sensor range, orange line for the remaining flight path, red marker at the predicted impact point
- Still only visible to the player holding the action
- Removed the old debug drawing
