Explosions: an explosion now reducuing size of varied limbs, not always both legs first. Harder-hit limbs are more likely . 
Blood pools:
One full-size pool under the stump instead of a spread of small ones.
No new pools more than 150 m from your camera.
New server settings: “Server: blood pools” (turn them off for everyone) and “Server: max pools” (default 100).
Death screams (merged from the Death screams mod):
A dying character may scream in place of the game’s death voice: always after losing a limb, 60% otherwise.
Separate scream sets for US, USSR and FIA. Other factions use a shared set.
Headshot and knocked-out deaths stay silent, like vanilla.
The scream follows the falling body and fades out instead of cutting off.
At most 3 screams start per second.
New scream settings, plus a server switch to turn screams off.
Cleaned up the sound bank (duplicate and missing clips).
Please unsubscribe from the old Death screams mod, or you’ll hear two screams.
