OGC Vehicle Whitelist

OGC Vehicle Whitelist helps community servers manage who can operate designated aircraft and armoured vehicles through configurable categories and role permissions.
Aviation includes four tiers:
Trainee Pilot — requires a qualified Transport, Combat or Chief Pilot aboard.
Transport Pilot — operates designated transport aircraft.
Combat Pilot — operates transport and combat aircraft.
Chief Pilot — operates all registered aircraft and can supervise trainees.
If a trainee loses supervision, they receive a warning and have 30 seconds to restore it before the engine is stopped. Unsupervised engine starts are blocked.
Armour uses independent Driver and Gunner qualifications. Players can receive either qualification or both.
Administrators can grant, revoke and inspect permissions using player names or Bohemia IDs. Names are recorded as players join and saved for later offline lookup. 
Permissions persist in a server configuration file, with in-game commands for registering vehicle prefabs and updating access without restarting.
Vehicle assignments and role requirements are configurable. Install the addon on both the server and clients; permission checks and configuration are handled by the server.
