This license applies only to the original content in the Hollows mod that is
identified by a notice or provenance record as owned by the rightsholder
(the "Licensed Material"). It does not apply to Arma Reforger, Bohemia
Interactive content, third-party content, or other material that the
rightsholder does not own or control.
1. Permission required
You may not access, download, install, run, use, copy, modify, adapt,
translate, reverse engineer, extract, create a derivative work from,
redistribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit the Licensed Material
unless you first receive written permission from the rightsholder. A public
Workshop listing, access to a download, or possession of a copy does not by
itself grant permission under this license.
2. Requesting permission
Send a written request describing the intended use to:
Join the JTFN server and ask an admin in writing for permission.
Permission is granted only by a written response from the rightsholder that
identifies the Licensed Material and the permitted use. Any permission is
limited to the scope and conditions stated in that response. Silence is not
permission.
3. No implied rights
No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. All rights in
the Licensed Material not expressly granted in a separate written permission
are reserved by the rightsholder.
4. Termination
Any permission granted under this license terminates automatically if you
materially breach its conditions. Upon termination, stop the unauthorized
use and distribution of the Licensed Material and remove copies under your
control, except where retention is required by law.
5. Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED MATERIAL IS
PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. THE RIGHTSHOLDER IS NOT LIABLE FOR CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM
USE OF THE LICENSED MATERIAL, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE
EXCLUDED.
6. Applicable law
This license is subject to applicable law. Nothing in it removes rights or
protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. The rightsholder should obtain
legal advice about the governing law and the terms required by the platform
where the mod is distributed.
Permission requests must be made in writing to a JTFN server admin. Join the JTFN server and ask an admin there.
