This addon contains material under different terms. These terms apply only to
the rights held in the respective contributions; they do not replace upstream
licences or restrict rights already granted by an upstream rights holder.

1. Original sedan and source-derived adaptations - CC BY 4.0

The original sedan model and supplied textures are licensed under Creative
Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0):

The same CC BY 4.0 terms are offered for this project's source-derived model
and texture adaptations, to the extent the project holds rights in them.
These include modified vehicle parts, geometry, UV/material adaptations,
collision/LOD/damage models, wheel/rim adaptations and source-derived textures.
You may share and adapt this material, including commercially, subject to
CC BY 4.0. Retain appropriate credit, the licence link, and an indication of
changes. Do not suggest endorsement by MMC Works. No Darkside-only limitation
in section 2 applies to the material or rights covered by this section.

endorsement or additional permission is claimed.

2. Independently created Darkside-specific contributions - Darkside use

To the extent rights are held by Mike / the Darkside patrol-car project,
independently created project scripts and independently authored Darkside
livery artwork and equipment artwork are permitted to be installed, used,
hosted, copied and redistributed as needed for Darkside Life and its players,
administrators and maintainers, including Huntah. They may be modified and
maintained for that purpose. Keep this licence and the applicable credits
with redistributed copies. Use, sale, repackaging or redistribution of these
independent contributions for other projects requires the rights holder's
permission. No trademark ownership or third-party permission is granted.

This limitation applies only to independently created contributions. It does
not attach to upstream material, its CC BY adaptations, game content, or
any separable material already available under another licence. Where an
independent artwork layer is combined with a source-derived texture, the
underlying source-derived texture retains section 1 rights; the independent
artwork alone is covered by this section. No rights in third-party marks or
other third-party material are asserted by the project.

3. Bohemia Interactive and other third-party material

Arma Reforger / Enfusion base-game content and systems remain subject to
their respective rights holders' terms. Referenced game resources are not
relicensed by this notice. The standalone addon depends on Arma Reforger's
base-game addon. Private Darkside integration is supplied separately and is
not a dependency bundled into this standalone release.

The included DSL_Sedan_Animations_H14.acp configuration adapts the stock S105
animation-audio configuration and references stock audio through that base-game
dependency. No stock S105 audio clip files are bundled by this adaptation.
This adapted Bohemia Interactive configuration is not offered under section 1
or section 2; its upstream rights and applicable game/modding terms remain.

4. Warranty

Project contributions are supplied as-is, without warranty, to the extent
permitted by applicable law. Upstream licence warranty and liability terms
continue to apply to upstream material. Nothing here limits rights that
cannot legally be limited or overrides an applicable upstream licence.
