Gives every player an equipped IFAK pouch with a standard medical kit at spawn.
Description
Each player spawns with an Individual First Aid Kit equipped on the left leg, filled with 6 field dressings, 4 tourniquets, 4 morphine, 4 ammonium carbonate, 2 saline, a King LT, an oxygen mask and a chest seal. It doesn't touch anything else the player carries, doesn't use the face-wear slot, and can be dropped, picked up and opened from the ground.
