<h1>BlackFox Lockers</h1>

<p><b>One safe in the world — a separate inventory for every player.</b></p>

<p>BlackFox Lockers adds personal storage to Arma Reforger. Players interact with the same physical locker while accessing their own inventory.</p>

<p>Each locker location provides independent storage. Items deposited in one locker remain at that location, allowing scenario creators to establish multiple storage points with different limits.</p>

<h2>Storage Limits</h2>

<p>Each player's inventory at each locker supports up to <b>60 top-level items</b> and <b>600 items in total</b>, including containers, nested contents and attachments.</p>

<p>A backpack containing nine items occupies one top-level slot and counts as ten total items.</p>

<p>Weight and volume limits are configured separately for each locker. Scenario creators can also set lower item limits.</p>

<h2>Persistence</h2>

<p>Locker inventories are saved through the scenario's native checkpoint system.</p>

<p>Closing a locker updates its stored contents without triggering a full world save. Disk saves follow the server's configured autosave schedule or an administrative save.</p>

<p>Loading a checkpoint restores the inventory recorded in that checkpoint. Progress after the latest successful save may be lost following an unexpected shutdown.</p>

<h2>Scenario Integration</h2>

<p>Install BlackFox Lockers on both the server and clients. Place the supplied locker prefab, assign a unique permanent Locker ID to each location and configure its capacity.</p>

<p>Custom scenarios must integrate the supplied BFL persistence configuration and enable native saving. Valid player identities are required for personal storage.</p>

<h2>Showcase</h2>

<p>The included <b>BlackFox Lockers - Showcase</b> provides a test area with automatic player spawning, two independent lockers with different capacities, a backpack and magazines.</p>

<h2>Development Status</h2>

<p><b>Work in progress.</b> Repeated save/load cycles have been tested locally in Workbench. Dedicated-server operation, multiplayer isolation and compatibility testing are ongoing.</p>
