Description
PLG Four Seasons brings spring, summer, autumn and winter to Arma Reforger, changing the appearance and atmosphere of familiar battlefields.
FOUR SEASONS
• Spring — fresh vegetation, young foliage and flowering apple and plum trees, with early and full spring variants.
• Summer — early, full and dry summer variants with different vegetation colors and grass settings.
• Autumn — golden foliage, autumn vegetation and seasonal ground textures.
• Winter — snowy terrain, roads, trees and supported roofs, walls and fences, with reduced deciduous foliage and additional winter details.
ENVIRONMENT AND EFFECTS
• Seasonal ambient sounds, wind and wildlife atmosphere.
• Snow footsteps, boot prints and vehicle tracks.
• Visible breath in winter.
• Snow kicked up by movement, wheels and helicopter rotor wash.
• Icicles and additional snow details on supported surfaces.
• Dripping water and runoff effects after rain.
SERVER CONFIGURATION
By default, the season is selected from the server's real-world date when the scenario starts.
Server administrators can override the season through Mission Header settings or startup parameters. Spring and summer stages can also be configured.
The server synchronizes the selected season and stage with clients, including players who join later. The season remains fixed until the scenario restarts.
COMPATIBILITY
The mod targets vanilla Arma Reforger environment assets and includes support for Serhiivka. Maps using supported assets receive the corresponding seasonal changes. Unique assets from other mods may require additional integration.
