Quality-of-life tools for Game Masters running events.
BRIEFING SILENCE ZONE
- Place it in Game Master and start a briefing.
- Players inside can hear, but can't talk.
- Game Masters and admins are never muted.
- "Allow Speaker" lets chosen players talk.
- Radius 5-150 m, optional timer and countdown.
- Emergency Unmute or #briefing reset restores everyone's voice.
No voice recording. Tested on PC; not yet tested on console.
