1. Ownership
AFS SpawnProtectionFix is an independently developed compatibility modification for Arma Reforger.
All original source code, scripts, configurations, and other materials created specifically for AFS SpawnProtectionFix remain the intellectual property of their respective AFS copyright holders.
2. Permitted Use
Users are permitted to download, install, and use AFS SpawnProtectionFix through its official Arma Reforger Workshop publication.
Server administrators may use the modification on their servers.
Other modifications may reference AFS SpawnProtectionFix as a Workshop dependency, provided that the modification remains an independent, unmodified addon.
3. Restrictions
Without prior written permission from the copyright holder, users may not:
Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from proprietary AFS content, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Copy, extract, or incorporate AFS source code into other modifications.
Reupload, redistribute, mirror, or republish AFS SpawnProtectionFix.
Repackage or bundle its proprietary files into another addon or modpack.
Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the modification.
Claim ownership or authorship of AFS-created content.
4. Third-Party Dependency — Simple Spawn Protection
AFS SpawnProtectionFix uses Simple Spawn Protection, developed by Wil3son, as an external Workshop dependency.

5. Dependency-Based Integration
AFS SpawnProtectionFix is designed to extend the functionality of Simple Spawn Protection through the Arma Reforger modding system.
Simple Spawn Protection is referenced as a separate dependency and is not redistributed as part of AFS SpawnProtectionFix.
The original dependency must be obtained and used in accordance with its own license.
This Custom License applies only to the original AFS-owned materials within AFS SpawnProtectionFix.
6. AFS Server Utilities Dependency
AFS SpawnProtectionFix also depends on AFS Server Utilities (ASU).
ASU remains a separately maintained modification subject to its own licensing terms.
Using AFS SpawnProtectionFix does not grant additional rights to copy, modify, or redistribute ASU.

This modification is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The copyright holders are not responsible for damages, compatibility issues, or service interruptions arising from its use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Additional Permissions
