Commander for Kova x ATAK

A Command app for the ATAK tablet that gives the Conflict faction commander the command tent's tasking capabilities while on the move:

Base commands: 
Seize, Hold, Resupply (assign-only, as in the tent). The target is picked from a base list, labelled by callsign.

Set tasks from ATAK map markers:
Establish Base (Friendly HQ)
Attack (Hostile Infantry)
Recon (Unknown Recon)
Clear (any Engineer).

Orders:
Create the objective without a squad, or create and assign it to a squad.
Cancel and re-assign tasks

COMSEC (every player)
• The commander can CYCLE ENCRYPTION KEYS if a radio is lost or captured. The faction's whole
  radio network (HQ, bases, relays, command trucks) switches to the new key automatically,
  including anything built later.
• Players LOAD NEW ENCRYPTION KEY from the tablet. Until they do, their radio can only talk to
  others still on the old key. They're cut off from loaded squads and from HQ messages.
• A captured radio goes deaf once your faction has loaded the new key.
• New spawns get the current key automatically.
• The tab lists each radio you carry as LOADED or STALE.
