Standalone addon for two-faction Conflict scenarios using SCR_BaseGameMode,
SCR_CampaignFaction and the standard SCR_MapEntity map. Base Arma Reforger
is the only addon dependency. No scenario layers, prefabs or mission headers
need to be changed.
The editor draws connected line segments, with up to 32 points per border.
Choose a west/east or south/north drawing axis. Points must progress along
that axis, at least 1 metre apart; loops and folded-back borders are rejected.
The two lines must remain at least 25 metres apart. They extend beyond their
endpoints across the entire world, so going around an endpoint or flying high
cannot bypass enforcement. Boundaries include the ground, vehicles and aircraft.
Protected areas are shaded; the unshaded area is open combat.

An admin opening a stale draft must reopen the panel before applying after
another admin changes settings. Requests are permission checked on the server,
rate limited, and checked against the current settings revision. Game Master
alone does not grant permission to configure seeding.
