Summary

ACMS – Advanced Combat Medical System | Alpha

Description

ACMS – Advanced Combat Medical System
Realistic casualty care for Arma Reforger. Injuries, blood loss, airways, circulation, cold and resuscitation in one integrated system. From a quick tourniquet to treating a critically wounded teammate: assessment, the right equipment and teamwork decide who makes it.
Treatment follows the MARCH approach (Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia). Choose between a treatment wheel and a full-screen treatment menu. Three profiles cover everything from accessible gameplay to demanding MilSim medical care.

Features
Wounds and bleeding
Capillary, venous and arterial bleeding, treated with bandages, hemostatic gauze and tourniquets. Visible tourniquets on the limb.
Examination and patient card
Search for bleeding, check airway and head, feel carotid and radial pulse, body temperature, stethoscope and pulse oximeter. Findings on consciousness, breathing, pulse and injuries, with a treatment log.
Airway management
Head tilt, recovery position, nasopharyngeal airway, suction and intubation.
Breathing and chest injuries
Oxygen therapy with mask and cylinder, bag-valve mask, chest seals and decompression of tension pneumothorax.
Circulation and blood supply
IV/IO access (standard and large-bore 18G / 14G cannulae, one per limb), infusions with a progress check, blood type compatibility, blood donation, ready-made blood bags for every type, blood cooler rucksack and ambulance blood fridges.
Medications
Painkillers, ketamine/esketamine, TXA, calcium, epinephrine, amiodarone, atropine and the CWMP pill pack, with delayed effects and possible side effects.
Monitoring and resuscitation
AED/monitor, ECG, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, chest compressions with animation and defibrillation.
Cold and exposure
Hypothermia for wounded or unconscious casualties, slowed down by clothing and the hypothermia wrap (optional in the settings).
Triage
Paramedics assess casualties and hang on a colour-coded tag: red, yellow, green or black. The window checks breathing, circulation and consciousness and suggests a class. The colour shows under the name and on a card at the chest, and an overview lists the casualties nearby.
Casualty transport
Drag casualties or carry them over your shoulder.
Clothing
Undress unconscious casualties. Wounds under clothing can be hidden (depending on settings).
Paramedic role
Optional qualification checks for advanced procedures. Assigned by the Game Master, in the in-game config menu or through a persistent server registry.
Player options (Options → ACMS)
Treatment menu style (wheel or full-screen), how the menu opens, size of the notifications and how much blood you see on screen.
Controller support
A cursor on the left stick for the full-screen treatment menu, the config menu and the triage window.

Controls
Self-treatment
Press Comma (,) by default, then choose the body region and treatment. You can rebind the key under ACMS in the control settings.
Treating other players
Aim at the patient's torso and select Start treatment, or open the menu with its key if you chose that in the options. Choose the category, body region and procedure. Suitable supplies from your inventory are placed in your hand automatically.
Tip: Complete each treatment and check whether it worked. Multiple wounds can need multiple applications. Bleeding control, a clear airway and stable circulation matter even after medication.

Server configuration
The profiles Normal, Advanced and FullMilSim control treatment success rates, medication timing, hypothermia and qualification checks, among other things. Individual values can be adjusted on top.
In game: Admins open Options → ACMS → ACMS Config to switch the profile, search and change every setting, and manage the paramedic list. Changes apply immediately for all players.

Paramedic registry: $profile:ACMS/ACMS_Medics.json
Settings reference: $profile:ACMS/ACMS_Settings_Reference.txt
The Game Master can also grant or revoke paramedic qualifications through the ACMS attributes of a player character.
