Pretty much removes heavy breathing sounds and death moans.
Only thing I didn't remove was HIT_SOUNDS so you can still atleast
get warned or indicated that you walked into barbed wire lololol
Description
APL-SA so do whatever you want with it since its a vanilla component.
This is my first test at an audio mod, and I will fix it if it ever breaks.
All I genuinely ask from everyone is to just give credit where its due, and DO NOT publish your own ver. under APL-ND as this is a mod everyone deserves to have and "SHARE-ALIKE"
This mod was originally made for our UHC server only, but i've decided that everyone should enjoy it!
