Summary
Arrange your existing pouches, plates and holsters in compatible equipment slots through an inventory-accessible gear editor, with mouse and controller controls. No Arsenal required.
Description
Build your gear around how you play.
ReDone — Modular Gear Layout lets you choose where compatible attachments sit on your equipment. Move the pouches, plates and holsters you already own between available mounts, including nested attachments on supported droplegs - All from your inventory, no Arsenal required.
Designed for survival, roleplay and custom-loadout servers where finding and organising equipment is part of the experience.
FEATURES
• Custom UI accessible from your inventory.
• Choose specific attachment slots.
• Move existing items and swap compatible attachments on compatable plate cariers, belts, bags or even droplegs without an Arsenal.
• Access nested equipment attachments.
• Translucent interface with character preview where available.
• Mouse and controller controls.
• No arsenal purchases or replacement items spawned.
CONTROLS
Mouse: open inventory and click Gear Layout.
Controller: open inventory and double-click the right stick.
Choose an item on the left, choose its destination on the right, then confirm. Use Refresh after each transfer to update the displayed locations.
COMPATIBILITY
Developed and tested with GRS equipment. Available positions and compatibility depend on the equipment’s own slot definitions.
Will eventually release a standalone version with no dependencies, but this *should* be compatible with other equipment mods that offer modularity.
This mod does not include clothing, pouches or other gear assets. Obtain those through the original mods and their dependencies.
NOTES
Occupied-slot swaps require suitable spare space in a separate worn backpack.
Other inventory interface mods may conflict.
Initial public release: please report issues with the equipment name, steps to reproduce and relevant console messages.
