MERCS Arsenal Manager provides server-controlled equipment access for Arma Reforger arsenals.
Originally developed for MERCS | BLACKOUT, the addon is being designed to support configurable faction equipment policies without requiring modifications to existing faction resources.

CONFIGURATION
Configuration is generated in the server profile:
MERCS_ArsenalManager/policy.json
The initial configuration permits existing arsenal equipment for both factions. Equipment restrictions can be customized by editing the policy file and restarting the server.
DEVELOPMENT STATUS
This is an experimental release intended for dedicated-server testing.
An in-game management interface, additional equipment catalog registration, saved loadouts, and progression-based equipment access are planned but not currently implemented.
