OVERVIEW
BCM Equipment is a military equipment and tactical gear modification developed by Bootneck Company Milsim & Modding for Arma Reforger.
Designed with authenticity, modularity and attention to detail in mind, BCM Equipment introduces a growing collection of modern military gear, protective equipment and tactical accessories for realistic operator loadouts.
Our objective is to deliver high-quality, practical military equipment with realistic appearance, functionality and compatibility across the wider BCM mod ecosystem.
EQUIPMENT & FUNCTIONALITY
BCM Equipment is being developed to include:
Plate Carriers & Body Armour: Modern tactical carriers and protective equipment with realistic configurations.
Helmets & Headgear: Military helmets and compatible accessories for different operational requirements.
Tactical Belts: Equipment belts designed for modular loadout configurations.
Pouches & Accessories: Magazine pouches, utility pouches and other tactical attachments.
Backpacks: Military packs and load-carrying equipment.
Night Vision Equipment: Compatible NVG devices, mounts and accessories.
Tactical Electronics: Planned integration of compatible strobes, lasers, illumination devices and specialist equipment.
Modular Equipment: Ongoing development of interchangeable attachments and configurable equipment arrangements.
Multiplayer Support: Designed for cooperative gameplay, dedicated servers and milsim communities.
Equipment functionality and availability may vary between releases. Some features require compatible BCM Systems components.
BCM MOD ECOSYSTEM
BCM Equipment is part of the wider BCM collection, developed to provide authentic and compatible military modifications for Arma Reforger.
BCM Systems: Tactical communications and shared equipment functionality.
BCM Apparel: Military uniforms, clothing, footwear and customisation.
BCM Equipment: Tactical gear, protective equipment and military accessories.
Together, these modifications aim to provide a modular foundation for realistic military simulation.
DEVELOPMENT STATUS
WORK IN PROGRESS – ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT
BCM Equipment is not yet feature-complete.
Some equipment models, textures, attachment positions and character fits may have visual imperfections or clipping issues. Interactive functionality and modular equipment systems remain under development.
Additional equipment, compatibility improvements and functional systems are planned for future releases.
Bug reports and constructive feedback are welcome.
ABOUT BOOTNECK COMPANY
Bootneck Company Milsim & Modding is an Arma Reforger community founded by Tactical Bootneck, a former Royal Marines Commando turned content creator.
Our community focuses on teamwork, realism and creating an enjoyable, welcoming milsim environment.
We operate PvE semi-milsim servers, organise large-scale cooperative operations and help players of all experience levels experience tactical gaming.
We are also home to the Tactical Activities Group (TAG), our dedicated hardcore realism milsim unit focused on structured training, realistic military tactics and coordinated operations.

Arma Public License – No Derivatives (APL-ND)
BCM Equipment is published under Bohemia Interactive's APL-ND license.
Free to use in Arma on public, private and community servers.
Redistribution of the unmodified mod requires appropriate attribution.
Commercial use is prohibited under the license.
Use outside the Arma series is prohibited.
Distribution of modified, repackaged or derivative versions requires separate permission from the relevant rights holders.
