ArmaSurvival Custom Content License 1.0
1. Content and licensor
This license applies only to the original content for which the authorized uploader of the official ArmaSurvival Woodwork (91E0C34B7A2D685F) and ArmaSurvival Foundation (226C527D58FF4D2C) Workshop listings holds the necessary rights. That uploader represents the relevant rightsholders (the Licensor). Ownership remains with those rightsholders. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Limited permission
You may download, install, retain the ordinary local copies required by the game, and use the unmodified Content in Arma Reforger solely to connect to and play on ArmaSurvival servers operated by the Licensor, or on servers the Licensor has expressly authorized in writing. Downloading the Content does not itself authorize you to operate a server with it. Server names alone do not establish authorization.
3. No unauthorized alteration or redistribution
Except as required for the permitted use, the Workshop operation below, applicable third-party terms, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, you may not copy, extract for reuse, modify, adapt, repackage, merge, sublicense, redistribute, mirror, or re-upload the Content or its protected parts without the Licensor's prior written permission. You may not run the Content on another server without that permission. Preserve copyright and attribution notices. This license does not claim ownership of unprotected ideas, interfaces, or independently created material.
4. Noncommercial and product limits
Use of the Content for any commercial purpose is prohibited. All direct or indirect monetization of the Content is prohibited. Use of the Content outside Bohemia Interactive products is prohibited; the permission granted here is limited to Arma Reforger. No permission granted by the Licensor waives applicable Bohemia Interactive rules.
5. Workshop and other rights
This license does not restrict Bohemia Interactive's rights under its applicable agreements or the normal operation and purposes of the Arma Reforger Workshop. Hosting, processing, caching, delivery, installation, and updating through that Workshop are permitted as required for its operation. This exception does not give end users a separate right to re-upload the Content.
Bohemia Interactive content, external dependencies, and any third-party material remain subject to their own applicable terms; this license neither replaces those terms nor removes rights already validly granted under them. Mandatory law and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Any conflicting restriction applies only to the extent permitted by those rules.
6. Condition and enforcement
The Content is provided as is, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Permission under this license ends if you breach its applicable conditions; stop the unauthorized use. This license is a permission statement, not a technical access-control mechanism, and does not authorize malicious enforcement or disruption of another user's game or system.
