ACE Medical Circulation Dev

ACE CPR can now be performed inside a medical vehicle: NH-90, VAB Medic FRM (all variants), vanilla M997 and UAZ-452 ambulances, and any modded ambulance fitted with a doctor seat.
Medic and casualty must both ride the same vehicle; whoever flies or drives cannot perform CPR. The same interaction starts it (Perform CPR) and stops it (Stop CPR, offered only to the medic doing it).
CPR stops on its own if the medic leaves their seat, takes the controls, goes down or disconnects, or if the casualty wakes up, dies, is unloaded, or the vehicle is destroyed.
Nothing changes outside vehicles: ground CPR, and ACE's refusal to massage a carried or dragged casualty, are untouched.
Known limitation: no CPR animation while seated, since ACE's animation would eject the medic from their seat, mid-flight included.
