Recondos Tripod Rework

Fixed bug where the Tripod Rework caused building sandbag and wire positions to always build the largest verision, even when not selected.
Increased tripod inventory to hold 5 boxes of the corresponding ammunition.

Added adjust tripod cancel action with right click/Left Trigger
Link belt now has the ability to hold the action to keep linking belts, similar to vanilla refuelling.
