1. OWNERSHIP

This modification ("the Mod") is custom proprietary software created by Lyle Stanfield, owner of The Renegade Project.

All original scripts, systems, configurations, components, functionality, and other original material contained within this Mod remain the intellectual property of Lyle Stanfield / The Renegade Project unless otherwise stated.

Providing access to this Mod does NOT transfer ownership, authorship, redistribution rights, or derivative-work rights to the recipient.


2. LIMITED AUTHORIZATION

Permission to use this Mod is granted specifically and exclusively to:

CRIXUS .WVG

This authorization is non-transferable.

The authorized user may use the Mod for the scenario/server for which it was provided.

No other individual, community, server owner, development team, or organization is granted permission to use this Mod unless written permission is provided directly by Lyle Stanfield.


3. NON-DERIVATIVE LICENSE

This Mod is provided as NON-DERIVATIVE proprietary software.

Unless specifically authorized in writing by Lyle Stanfield, you may NOT:

• Modify and redistribute this Mod.
• Create or distribute derivative versions of this Mod.
• Repackage the Mod under another name.
• Reupload the Mod.
• Publish copies or modified copies to the Arma Reforger Workshop.
• Incorporate the Mod or its proprietary code into another publicly or privately distributed mod.
• Extract and redistribute scripts or systems from the Mod.
• Transfer the Mod to another community or server owner.
• Claim any portion of the original work as your own.


4. SCENARIO / SERVER RESTRICTION

Authorization to possess or access this Mod does not constitute permission for unrestricted use.

The Mod may only be used by the authorized party identified in this license and for the purpose for which it was provided.

If your name or organization is NOT specifically identified as an authorized user in this license, you DO NOT have permission to use, host, redistribute, modify, republish, or incorporate this Mod into another scenario.


5. NO REUPLOADS

Reuploading this Mod, whether:

• Unmodified,
• Modified,
• Renamed,
• Repacked,
• Combined with another package,
• Uploaded privately,
• Uploaded publicly,
• Or incorporated into another distributed project,

is prohibited without express written permission from Lyle Stanfield.

Changing the Mod's name, file structure, package structure, metadata, or individual scripts does not grant redistribution rights.


6. UNAUTHORIZED USE

Unauthorized redistribution, reuploading, derivative distribution, or use outside the authorization granted above may be documented and reported through the applicable Bohemia Interactive / Arma Reforger Workshop channels.

The Renegade Project reserves the right to revoke permission previously granted to use this Mod where permitted by the terms of this license.


7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

This license applies only to original material owned by Lyle Stanfield / The Renegade Project.

Arma Reforger, Enfusion, and any Bohemia Interactive assets, APIs, trademarks, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Nothing in this license claims ownership of Bohemia Interactive property or other third-party material.


8. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, accessing, hosting, installing, or using this Mod, you acknowledge the restrictions stated in this license.

IF YOUR NAME OR ORGANIZATION IS NOT EXPRESSLY LISTED AS AN AUTHORIZED USER ABOVE, DO NOT USE THIS MOD.
