USASOC Drones Overhaul

USASOC Drones (requires Realistic Combat Drones)
Turns the SAL recon drone into a proper ISR platform: faster, more responsive flight, camera lock-on (X), vehicle and person tracking (C), and orbit (V) with a gyro-stabilised camera. It also adds a clean compact HUD with a readable minimap and home marker, 25% more zoom, 5 km range, quieter rotors, and full map (M) and radio (G) access while flying.
