FIXED: BUTTONS NEXT TO A TEXT

The buttons next to a text (Up next to the folder in Images and in the picture picker, Refresh and Close in
the upload window and the picture picker) were taller than the text and sat lower than it. They fit the
text now and stand on one line with it.

FIXED: LIST OF SECTIONS
-----------------------
The list of sections left of the page editor shows a heading as plain text. Tags in a heading (h1, b ...)
no longer change the look of the list entry. The preview shows headings like the Server Bible: only h1,
h2, b and i.

- The preview window fits the Bible's new page box (the page now reaches under the menu).
- Images: the lag warning for "Max total" now shows above 16384 KB (16 MB), the Bible's new default,
  instead of above 4096 KB.

- The Pages table lists the Bible's new Settings folder. Like the Instructions folder it can be moved,
  switched on and off and given an Access; its name is fixed and no row can be put into it.
- The row is there even while no mod uses the folder (the menu then hides it), so you can set its Access
  beforehand.
- The sliders of the Images card look and work as before; their value text now comes from the Server
  Bible itself, which took the Manager's slider over as its standard.

WHO MAY USE THE MANAGER IS NOW YOUR CHOICE
------------------------------------------
- NEW DEFAULT: GM. Everyone who is logged in on the server sees the Manager and can use it. Before, it
  was for admins only (logged in and on the admins list).
- IMPORTANT: on the first start with 1.0.8 your Manager is set to GM. If only admins should use it, set
  its row in the Pages table to Admin and save.
- The Manager's row in the Pages table has a working Access selector now: All, GM or Admin. The server
  checks every load, save and upload against that setting.
- If you set it to All, every player can change pages and upload pictures. A red line reminds you.


ACCESS FOR EVERY ROW

- The Access selector now works on every row, also on pages and folders of other mods and on the
  Instructions folder. The mod only gave the starting value.
- Instructions is a folder row now. Its Access decides who reads the guides.

- Controller support. The Manager can be used with a gamepad (controls as in the Server Bible):
  the page table, the settings, the image browser with upload, and the page editor.
- Page editor: pick Header, a Section or Footer in the "Page" list with A to get into its fields,
  B brings you back to the list. B in the list is "Back".
- Colors, links and pictures can be picked with the gamepad; B closes the window.
- Preview: with a gamepad it is scrolled with the right stick and closed with B (it cannot be moved).

- Page editor: arrow keys, Home, End, Delete, selecting with Shift, word jumps with Ctrl and the shortcuts
  Ctrl+A / C / X / V / Z / Y did nothing in the game (they only worked in Workbench). They work now.
- Undo and redo follow the letters printed on your keyboard on every keyboard layout.

LIVE PREVIEW
------------
- Pictures you just uploaded (or replaced) now show in the live preview at once. Before, on a remote
  server the preview showed an empty white frame until you saved and the menu was loaded again.
- A file name that isn't in the img folder shows the red "Image not found" note in the preview instead of
  an empty frame.


SAVE WITHOUT CLOSING THE MENU
-----------------------------
- Save no longer closes the Server Bible and opens it again. The menu on the left updates in place, the
  table stays where it is and shows "Saved.".
- If the server's data changes while you have unsaved changes in the table (another admin saved, the server
  reloaded files), your changes stay. A hint and a Reload button appear: Reload loads the server's data and
  drops your changes, Save keeps yours.
- In the page editor the same case shows a hint in the status line; the text you are writing is never
  touched.

SUB PAGES AND FOLDERS
---------------------
The Pages table now shows the menu's whole structure and lets you build it with the mouse:

- Sub pages and the content of folders are indented below their parent. Folders are listed too, marked
  with "Folder" where a page has its Edit button.
- Four order buttons per row: Up and Down move a row inside its level, Right puts it below the row above
  it, Left takes it out of its parent again. A row always moves together with everything below it.
- Buttons that would break a rule (more than three levels, below a page of another mod) are greyed out.
- + New Folder adds a folder. A folder has a name and can be moved, renamed and deleted; it shows in the
  menu as soon as a visible page is in it.
- A folder has Active and Access like a page: Off hides it with everything in it.
- Deleting a page or folder that has entries below it only removes that one entry - its content moves up
  one level.
- Rows below a page or folder whose Active is Off are shown dimmed: the menu hides them as well.
- Pages of other mods (the Manager page too) can be moved into folders. Folders added by other mods can
  be moved and renamed, not deleted.


ACCESS: ALL, GM, ADMIN
----------------------
- The "Admin only" column is now "Access": click the arrows left and right of the value to switch between
  All, GM and Admin.
    All   = every player
    GM    = everyone who is logged in on the server
    Admin = logged in AND on the server's admin list
- CHANGED: the Manager itself is for the Admin level only. A player on the admin list now has to log in
  (#login in the chat, or the new Login button at the bottom of the Bible menu) before the Manager page
  shows up. Being on the list alone is no longer enough.

- Buttons now change colour under the mouse.
- A "Parent" in the config that can't be used is shown where the menu shows it, and a Save cleans it up.
- Renaming a page only in letter case with umlauts/accents (e.g. "übersicht" -> "Übersicht") no longer
  creates a "_2" file on Windows.
- A page whose file can't be deleted (e.g. read-only) keeps its place in the menu instead of moving to the
  end.
- A rename whose old file can't be deleted is undone completely - no duplicate page and no "_2" copies.
  You get a clear message instead.

PAGES TABLE

- Pages added by other mods are listed too and can be moved with Up / Down. Their name, Active,
  Admin only, Edit and Delete are locked - those belong to the mod.
- The Manager page itself is one of them: it starts as the last menu entry and can now be moved like
  any other page. Its place is kept in the Bible config (PageOrder) and survives restarts.
- + New Page now adds the new row at the end of the table.

INTERNAL
--------
- The Manager page is registered on the server too (on game start), not only on the client - the
  Bible only keeps a PageOrder line for pages the server knows.
