Vehicle Crew Manifest

Vehicle Crew Manifest adds a compact crew overview for vehicles.

Open the manifest while inside a vehicle to quickly see:
- Current vehicle name
- Occupied and total seats
- Seat roles such as Pilot, Commander, Gunner, Medic and Passenger
- Player names for occupied seats
- Collapsed summaries for multiple empty seats

The manifest updates live while it is open and remembers its enabled state when you leave and re-enter a vehicle.
