DJI MATRICE 350 RTK + RC PLUS
An add-on for Realistic Combat Drones
REQUIRES REALISTIC COMBAT DRONES. This mod does not run on its own. Subscribe to Realistic Combat Drones first; this add-on plugs a complete DJI Matrice 350 RTK enterprise system into it, with every accessory the real aircraft ships with.
WHAT IT IS
The Matrice 350 RTK is DJI's flagship enterprise drone: a 9 kg quadcopter with a stabilised thermal and zoom camera, a searchlight, two hot-swappable TB65 batteries and the 7-inch RC Plus controller. This mod recreates the whole system as it is used in the field: carry it in its case, unpack, fit payloads, power the controller, connect, fly, land, swap batteries, charge them, pack up. A second player can watch your live feed on an observer tablet. Shot down, it breaks apart and the wreck can be recovered.
AIRCRAFT
- Matrice 350 RTK with four rotors, navigation LEDs, beacons and rear battery LEDs.
- Flight modes Normal, Sport and Tripod. Flight Pause stops it in place.
- Return to Home: nose turns to home, climbs to a safe height, flies back, gentle last-metre landing. Automatic RTH at 20 % battery with a 10 s countdown (cancel with Home).
- Six obstacle sensors (front, rear, left, right, up, down) slow and stop the aircraft near obstacles.
- Link quality falls with distance and line of sight; lost link holds then returns home.
- Crash damage: any hit in flight or a hard impact disables it, it tumbles, sheds rotors and ends as a wreck.
PAYLOADS (swappable on the ground)
- Zenmuse H30T: pan and tilt gimbal, daylight, low light, night vision, white hot and black hot, 1x to 10x zoom.
- S1 spotlight slaved to the camera: standard, high and strobe, with a visible beam and ground pool at night.
- Dropper rack: six bays for grenades, smoke grenades or 81 / 82 mm mortar rounds; select, arm and release from the camera.
CONTROLLERS
- DJI RC Plus: real controller held in both hands with a powered screen. Power it, CONNECT RC PLUS at the aircraft, open the camera, disconnect when done.
- Observer tablet: LINK OBSERVER TABLET at any aircraft, then the camera key shows its live feed with the operator's zoom and thermal mode. No control. Feed drops out of line of sight.
HUD AND MAP
- Full RC Plus HUD: heading, speed, altitude, home distance and bearing, battery per pack with time left, link, sensor mode, zoom, flight mode, obstacle warnings, payload state, minimap.
- Drone marks: place a DRONE MARK on everyone's map, delete the newest. The full map opens while the aircraft hovers.
POWER
- Two TB65 packs drain by load. Remove and replace them on the ground with motors off.
- BS65 station: eight bays, open the lid, INSERT a used pack, 0 to 100 % in 20 minutes, TAKE it out any time.
DEPLOYMENT
- Transport case holds the aircraft, H30T, S1 and an RC Plus. Unpack facing away from you with payloads laid out in front; pack it all back up on the ground.

CONTROLS
Everything is rebindable in Settings > Controls > "DJI Matrice 350", keyboard and controller.
Keyboard: F8 RC power, Right Shift camera, Backspace disconnect, R motors, W A S D fly, Shift / Ctrl climb and descend, Q / E turn, mouse gimbal, Num5 centre, Num2 look down, F6 flight mode, Space pause, Home RTH, Z / X zoom, C wide, T sensor, L / K spotlight, N LEDs, B beacons, P mark, O delete mark, M map, Insert next round, Delete arm, End release, PgDn safe.
Controller, PlayStation names (Xbox in brackets). Sticks are DJI Mode 2: left stick climbs, descends and turns; right stick flies forward, back, left and right. Hold L1 (LB) + right stick to aim the camera. Square (X) camera, R3 motors, Triangle and Cross (Y and A) zoom, D-pad gimbal, R1 spotlight, Circle (B) sensor, Create or touchpad (View) map, R2 arm, L2 release, Options (Menu) disconnect.
Hold L1 (LB) plus: Create power, Options flight mode, L3 pause, Cross RTH, Triangle wide, D-pad up and down centre and look down, R1 light mode, Square LEDs, R3 beacons, Circle mark, D-pad left delete mark, R2 next round, L2 safe.
PlayStation pads: turn on "PlayStation Configuration Support" in Steam > Settings > Controller and start the game from Steam.
CHANGELOG
1.0.2 - All controls rebindable under "DJI Matrice 350", stick flight included. Full PlayStation layout with analog camera aim (L1 + right stick). Pad buttons shared with Realistic Combat Drones no longer switch drone or toggle its night sight while flying the M350. Sensor cycle fixed: normal view comes back after night vision. Single pad zoom press no longer zooms twice.
MULTIPLAYER
Server-authoritative. Every command checks that you hold a powered RC Plus and own the aircraft. Late joiners receive the current pose, owner, batteries, lights, payloads and charger state. Built for dedicated servers.
