Belleau Wood presents an operational environment dominated by dense forests, heavy vegetation, secondary roads, isolated settlements and exposed open areas. Reduced visibility and the difficulty of detecting threats make reconnaissance and coordinated movement essential.

## 1. Scope
This licence applies to modifications, configuration packages, compatibility patches, presets and other content published under the Portugal Gaming Team name (“PGT Mod”).
A PGT Mod may contain custom configurations, adjustments or derivative work based on the original game content or on third-party modifications released under public or otherwise applicable licences.
## 2. Original Content and Third-Party Rights
Portugal Gaming Team does not claim ownership of:
* Arma Reforger or any original game content belonging to Bohemia Interactive a.s.;
* Third-party modifications, scripts, models, textures, sounds, code or other assets;
* Any intellectual property owned by the respective original creators.
All rights to the original game, third-party modifications and associated assets remain with their respective owners and creators.
Their use remains subject to the original licences, terms and permissions under which they were released.
## 3. PGT Modifications
Portugal Gaming Team claims authorship only over the original work created by PGT, including, where applicable:
* Custom server configurations;
* Gameplay and balance adjustments;
* Modified parameters and presets;
* Compatibility configurations;
* Faction and loadout configurations;
* Organisational structures;
* Original scripts, files or assets created by PGT;
* The selection and arrangement of permitted content.
These elements are considered PGT-created work only to the extent permitted by the licence governing the original material.
## 4. Authorised Use
Unless the applicable licence of the original material grants broader rights that cannot legally be restricted, the PGT-created content is intended exclusively for use on servers owned, operated or expressly authorised by Portugal Gaming Team.
Written permission from an authorised PGT representative is required for use on any other server or platform.
## 5. Restrictions
Subject to the rights granted by the original applicable licences, you may not:
* Reupload or redistribute the PGT Mod;
* Use the PGT Mod on an unauthorised server;
* Repackage it or include it in another mod or modpack;
* Extract or reuse PGT-created configurations, scripts or assets;
* Modify or create derivative versions of PGT-created content;
* Remove or alter credits, notices or attribution;
* Present PGT-created work as your own;
* Sell, license, monetise or commercially exploit PGT-created content.
## 6. Public and Open Licences
When a PGT Mod is derived from material released under a public, open-source or share-alike licence, the terms of that original licence shall take precedence wherever they conflict with this document.
Nothing in this licence is intended to remove, reduce or override rights granted by an original creator or by an applicable public licence.
Where required, derivative files shall remain available under the same or another compatible licence, with the appropriate attribution and notices.
## 7. Credits and Attribution
Original creators retain full credit and ownership of their respective work.
Portugal Gaming Team shall provide attribution where required by the applicable licence. The absence of a creator’s name from a specific publication does not constitute a claim of ownership by PGT.
## 8. No Official Affiliation
Portugal Gaming Team is an independent gaming community.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PGT Mods are not officially affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by Bohemia Interactive or any third-party mod creator.
## 9. Disclaimer
The PGT Mod is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Portugal Gaming Team shall not be held responsible for incompatibilities, data loss, server issues or other damages resulting from its installation or use.
## 10. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the PGT Mod, you acknowledge the rights of the original creators and agree to comply with:
1. The licence governing the original content;
2. This licence regarding PGT-created content; and
3. The applicable platform and game terms.
