# EasyGames Custom License (EGCL)

This license applies **only to original materials created and owned by EasyGames** and included in the respective EasyGames Workshop content.

This includes, but is not limited to, EasyGames-created scripts, source code, configurations, prefabs, models, textures, materials, animations, sounds, UI elements, systems and other original assets or components.

Third-party content and dependencies are **not covered by this license** and remain subject to their respective licenses.

By downloading, installing, accessing or using EasyGames content, you agree to the following terms.

## 1. License Grant

EasyGames grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use **original EasyGames materials** for personal, non-commercial use within ARMA Reforger and other Bohemia Interactive products where such use is permitted.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this license.

## 2. Protection of EasyGames Materials

Without prior written permission from EasyGames, you may **not**:

* modify, edit or adapt original EasyGames materials;
* create derivative works or modified versions containing EasyGames materials;
* copy or reproduce EasyGames materials;
* extract or reuse EasyGames scripts, code, configurations, prefabs, assets or components;
* incorporate EasyGames materials into another project;
* port EasyGames materials to another project or game;
* create forks, compatibility versions, rebalance versions or alternative versions containing EasyGames materials.

These restrictions apply whether the EasyGames materials are used **in whole or in part**.

## 3. No Redistribution or Reupload

Without prior written permission from EasyGames, you may **not**:

* re-upload EasyGames content;
* redistribute or mirror EasyGames content;
* publish it on another Workshop account, website or platform;
* distribute archives containing EasyGames materials;
* include EasyGames materials in modpacks, collections, installers or server packs;
* distribute modified or unmodified copies of EasyGames content.

Changing the name, author, description, metadata or identifiers does not create a new work and does not grant permission to redistribute it.

The official EasyGames Workshop publication is the authorized source for obtaining the content.

## 4. Workshop Dependencies

Using an EasyGames Workshop project as a dependency through the **official ARMA Reforger dependency system** is permitted, provided that:

1. original EasyGames materials are not modified;
2. EasyGames materials are not extracted or copied;
3. EasyGames materials are not incorporated into another project;
4. the dependency is obtained from the official Workshop source;
5. the use remains non-commercial.

Using EasyGames as a dependency does **not** grant permission to copy or reuse any EasyGames-created material.

## 5. Non-Commercial Use

EasyGames content may not be used for direct or indirect commercial purposes without separate written permission.

This includes monetized servers, paid access, paid privileges, paid content, subscriptions, donations tied to access or benefits, Patreon, Boosty, Ko-fi and similar arrangements where EasyGames materials are used as part of the monetized service.

## 6. Servers and Communities

Normal non-commercial use of EasyGames content on ARMA Reforger servers is permitted when the content remains unmodified and is obtained through its authorized Workshop source.

Server operators and communities may not redistribute, extract, modify or repack **original EasyGames materials**.

## 7. Third-Party Content

EasyGames does **not** claim ownership of third-party content.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* RHS;
* MSV;
* RTG;
* FORTEX;
* other third-party modifications;
* Bohemia Interactive game content.

Third-party content remains the property of its respective authors and rights holders and is governed by its own licenses.

**The restrictions of this license apply only to original materials created and owned by EasyGames.**

## 8. Attribution

Use of EasyGames content does not transfer ownership or authorship.

Where dependencies are listed, EasyGames should be identified as the original creator of the EasyGames materials.

Attribution alone does not grant permission to modify, copy, extract or redistribute EasyGames materials.

## 9. Written Permission

Any exception to this license requires **explicit prior written permission from EasyGames**.

Permission must identify the specific EasyGames materials and the actions that are permitted.

Silence, lack of response or informal discussion does not constitute permission.

## 10. Ownership

The content is **licensed, not sold**.

All rights to original EasyGames materials not expressly granted by this license remain with EasyGames and/or the respective rights holders.

Nothing in this license transfers ownership of EasyGames intellectual property.

## 11. Violation

Violation of this license terminates the permissions granted to the violating party to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The violating party must cease unauthorized use and remove unauthorized copies or distributions where legally required.

EasyGames reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law and applicable platform procedures.

## 12. Workshop and Platform Terms

This license operates subject to the **ARMA Reforger Workshop Terms of Use**, applicable Bohemia Interactive EULA and other mandatory platform terms.

Where a mandatory platform term conflicts with this license, the mandatory platform term controls to the extent of the conflict.

## 13. No Affiliation

EasyGames is an independent community project unless explicitly stated otherwise.

EasyGames is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive unless expressly stated.

## 14. Disclaimer

The content is provided **"AS IS"** to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

EasyGames makes no warranties regarding availability, compatibility, performance or suitability for a particular purpose.

* use it in ARMA Reforger for non-commercial purposes;
* use it as an official Workshop dependency;
* use it on a normal non-commercial server.
