WCS BMP-1 periscope fix

Replaced the original commander hatch with a lamp-free hatch.
Raised the gunner’s scope viewpoint to reduce obstruction from the commander’s periscope.
Added vanilla BRDM-2 turret movement sounds.
Still being tested: Gunner sight (mis)alignment.
