   Reforger Workshop;

   Workshop; y

   pueda limitarse por contrato;
h) usar el Mod fuera de productos oficiales de Bohemia Interactive;
   exista.

4. AUTORIZACIONES ESCRITAS

8. AUSENCIA DE GARANTÍAS Y RESPONSABILIDAD

EL MOD SE PROPORCIONA “TAL CUAL”, SIN GARANTÍAS, EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA
POR LA LEY. EL LICENCIANTE NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES
O CONSECUENTES DERIVADOS DEL USO O IMPOSIBILIDAD DE USO DEL MOD, SALVO CUANDO LA
LEY IMPIDA ESA LIMITACIÓN.

9. SEPARABILIDAD Y NO RENUNCIA

Arma Reforger Tools y Arma Reforger Workshop.

CUSTOM RESTRICTED-USE LICENSE — MAPANL
Version 1.0 — October 4, 2026

Copyright (c) 2026, the holder of the account officially publishing MAPANL on
the Arma Reforger Workshop (“Licensor”). All rights in Licensor-owned original
content are reserved except for the limited permissions expressly granted here.

“Mod” means MAPANL, GUID 6A60D3062A614A4C, including its scenarios, maps,
compositions, layers, prefabs, scripts, configurations, user interfaces,
textures, models, sounds, images, documentation and updates. “Original Content”
means only material created or owned by Licensor. Bohemia Interactive and
third-party material remains governed by its respective owners and licenses.

“Authorized Server” means solely the Arma Reforger server named “NUEVO LEÓN”
operated or controlled by Licensor, including a replacement endpoint expressly
designated in writing from Licensor’s official account.

Subject to full compliance, Licensor grants each user a personal, limited,
revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable permission to
download the official Mod through the Arma Reforger Workshop, retain copies
required for normal Workshop operation, and use it as a player solely to join
the Authorized Server. Bohemia Interactive may host and distribute the Mod as
required for normal Workshop operation under its applicable terms.

Without Licensor’s prior express written permission, users may not host or use
the Mod on another server; reupload, redistribute, package, sell, sublicense or
share it; modify, adapt, port, retexture, extract or create derivatives from
Original Content; incorporate its maps, compositions, locations, prefabs,
props, models, textures, scripts, interfaces or configurations into another
project; remove authorship or protection notices; bypass, disable, patch or
falsify authorization, integrity or access controls; reverse engineer it for
copying or circumvention except where mandatory law expressly permits an act
that cannot be contractually restricted; use it outside official Bohemia
Interactive products; monetize it directly or indirectly; or claim false
ownership, affiliation or authorization.

Any exception must be written by Licensor from an official account and identify
the authorized party, server, use, version and duration. Silence, download,
technical access or dependency status is not consent. The Mod is licensed, not
sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Permission terminates automatically upon breach. The breaching user must cease
unauthorized use and delete controlled copies, subject to copies managed solely
by the Workshop. Licensor may document misuse, request cessation, submit reports
or takedown requests, and pursue available contractual and intellectual-property
remedies. Nothing authorizes interference with or harm to third-party systems.

THE MOD IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be narrowed as required while
the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.

This license operates together with the applicable Arma Reforger, Arma Reforger
Tools and Workshop terms, which prevail where required. It does not revoke
rights validly granted under an earlier license and applies to Mod versions
expressly released under it. Downloading, installing, hosting or using the Mod
constitutes acceptance. Authorization requests must be sent through the
official Workshop account publishing MAPANL.
