U7K Conflict

Summary

U7K Conflict is the clean-room persistent warfare game mode for Task Force Merlin, with Merlin acting as the hidden director beneath an authoritative Reforger runtime.

Description

U7K Conflict is the next-generation persistent warfare game mode for Task Force Merlin.
Built from a clean Reforger game-mode foundation, U7K Conflict is designed around a simple rule:
Reforger owns reality. Merlin owns intent.
Merlin acts as the hidden director, issuing bounded commands and maintaining campaign intent, while the authoritative Reforger server remains solely responsible for creating and removing physical world state.
This first published build is the Eden BLACKSITE acceptance release.
BLACKSITE is our dedicated canary environment used to prove the complete deployment chain before the same architecture is promoted into the main U7K theatre.
Current BLACKSITE scope
Clean U7K-owned game mode
Dedicated Merlin command transport
Explicit Command Ingress boundary
Single Spawn Authority for U7K-owned physical AI
Traceable ownership for every Merlin-created spawn
Owned-only cleanup
Runtime observer and acceptance telemetry
Dedicated-server and multiplayer acceptance
A clean server with no active Merlin order should contain zero Merlin hostile AI and zero unknown hostile AI.
The current Eden scenario is deliberately minimal. It exists to prove transport, authority, replication, ownership and dedicated-server behaviour without mixing in campaign systems prematurely.
Eden BLACKSITE is not the final theatre.
Kunar remains the intended First Game On destination.
