Hollows Property Mod makes homes purchasable, rentable, and secure for roleplay servers.
Property purchases, sales, rentals, and door access are validated by the server. Players must be alive, near the property entrance, and have sufficient funds in their Bank ATM account. Property ownership persists through the server’s persistence system.
Features include configurable prices and refunds, owner-set rental prices, tenant access, protected doors, quick-start house and door prefabs, and built-in regression tests. Each house uses a permanent Property ID, making it easy to connect entrances and doors reliably.
