LHS_ Property mod

LHS Property Mod adds secure, persistent house ownership to Arma Reforger roleplay servers.
Players can buy configured houses using carried cash from LHS Bank System. Every purchase and sale is verified by the server, including player identity, property ownership, distance to the entrance, available cash, configured price, refund amount, and transaction cooldowns.

DEVELOPER SETUP
Configure each property directly in Workbench. Set a unique property ID, price, refund rate, and purchase point. Refund rates use basis points: 9950 equals a 99.5% refund.
LHS Bank System is required. Add its bank service to the game mode and its bank character component to every playable character. The Property mod manages ownership while LHS Bank System manages carried cash and bank-balance persistence.
