Description
Adds ability to toggle ambient radio chatter on AN/PRC77 radios, only uses the base game US loop (~2 mins long per cycle) and is audible for everyone in range
When the radio is on the ground/unequipped, use the action context while looking at it to toggle chatter
When the radio is equipped on your back, open the radial menu and press END (KBM) or View (Map button on controller) to toggle
