Description
Increased XP for medics, supply transport, troop transport, and squad cohesion.
Cartel faction has access to US weapons and some vehicles.
Cartel faction is based on USSR faction so any mods you have that will alter the USSR will alter the Cartel faction.
EXAMPLE: FORTEX RTW will bring in Russian weapons and gear to the Cartel faction while maintaining the US weapons and gear in the arsenal.
