CSU Core

A catch-all mod that bundles a set of small tweaks so they don't each
need their own mod.

- Realistic lighting. Reworked tonemapping and exposure, no bloom,
  no god rays.

- Better grass. Fuller, drier ground clutter.

- Infinite stamina. No drain from running or sprinting.

- Grenade trajectory. Shows the throw arc, with a settings menu.

- Magazine repacking. Combine partial magazines from a radial menu.

- Attachment wheel stays open. Change several settings on an
  attachment without reopening the wheel each time. Submenus with only
  one option still close automatically, as before.

- Arsenal mouse wheel. Scroll to flip arsenal pages instead of
  clicking the arrows.

- No auto-select on page change. Turning to a new arsenal page no
  longer highlights the first item and pops its tooltip over the row
  below. Nothing is selected until you mouse over it or click it.

- Crash fix. Stops a script crash when a character carrying an IR
  light is deleted or killed.
