EXO — End-User License Agreement

This agreement (the "Agreement") governs access to and any handling of the EXO material
(the "Material"). The Material is provided exclusively for operation within Bohemia Interactive
products that support the distribution and loading of Arma Reforger content. All rights not
expressly granted by this Agreement are reserved by the Author. No public license is granted.

By obtaining, downloading, installing, opening, or otherwise accessing the Material, you accept
the terms of this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with even one of its terms, you are not
permitted to obtain, store, open, run, or otherwise use the Material.

0. Definitions

"Author" means the rightsholder of EXO ("EXO Reforger").

"Material" means the EXO project in its entirety and any part of it, in any form and on any medium,
including but not limited to: source code and scripts (.c and any others), configurations (.conf),
prefabs (.et), UI layouts (.layout), 3D models and meshes (.xob and any others), textures, materials
and shaders (.edds, .emat and others), animations, sounds, icons, fonts, localization, data, save
schemas and formats, server protocols and backend communication, the "EXO" name, the logo, the brand
identity, and any derivatives of the foregoing, regardless of whether they are delivered in packed
(.pak) form, as source, or in any other form.

"Use" means any handling of the Material, including obtaining, storing, copying, opening, importing,
loading, running, executing, hosting, displaying, unpacking, and analyzing it.

"Written Permission" means prior, explicit permission granted by the Author in written form by the
Author personally. Silence, inaction, lack of response, the fact that the Material is published on
the Workshop, and any technical ability to access the Material do not constitute written permission.

1. Ownership

The Material and all exclusive and other intellectual property rights in it (including copyright in
the code, design, 3D models, textures, sounds, and user interface, as well as rights in the EXO name,
logo, and brand identity) belong to and remain the exclusive property of the Author. This Agreement
transfers no ownership rights to you — only a limited and revocable permission to the extent expressly
set out below, and only where Written Permission exists.

Rights under this Agreement are asserted solely in respect of the original EXO content created by the
Author. The base game engine, SDK, tools, and the stock assets and materials of Arma Reforger belong
to Bohemia Interactive and remain subject to its own terms; the Author asserts no rights in them, and
this Agreement does not affect them.

2. No Public License

No public license is granted in any form.

Only the Author and persons or server operators expressly and prior authorized by the Author by way of
Written Permission may use, install, download, run, host, or operate the Material, and only within the
limits of such permission.

Technical downloading, caching, or installation of the Material by means of the Arma Reforger Workshop
or the game client grants no rights to Use the Material beyond the limited permission expressly granted
by the Author.

3. Prohibited Use

Without the Author's Written Permission, you may not, in particular but without limitation:

- use, host, run, execute, or operate the Material in any form and by any means;
- run, load, open, execute, import, or otherwise use the Material in Arma Reforger Workbench, Arma
Reforger Tools, any editor, sandbox, local, test, or development environment, or on a local machine
outside the standard retail game client;
- open, import, register, rebuild, or browse the Material or its resources in any development tool,
resource editor, or World Editor;
- copy, mirror, archive, redistribute, transmit, publish, upload, re-upload, share, or otherwise make
the Material available to third parties;
- unpack, extract from packages (.pak) or other containers, datamine, intercept, or otherwise obtain
the underlying contents of the Material;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, reconstruct the source code, or study the
internal workings, protocols, or data formats of the Material;
- modify, adapt, translate, arrange, transform, patch, merge, create compatibility or derivative
versions of the Material, or otherwise alter it;
- use any part of the Material — including scripts, configurations, assets, UI layouts, prefabs, 3D
models, meshes, textures, materials, sounds, icons, animations, data, the name, the logo, or the
brand identity — in whole or in part in any other work, mod, addon, project, service, or product;
- repack, include, embed, or merge the Material into any other addon, mod, modpack, server pack,
repository, or distribution;
- use the Material or any part of it to train, fine-tune, or feed any machine learning, neural network,
or other artificial intelligence system;
- sublicense, sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise commercially exploit the Material;
- use the Material on any monetized, sponsored, advertised, or paid server, service, or platform, or on
a server offering donation rewards (see Section 4);
- use the Material outside Bohemia Interactive products;
- remove, hide, alter, or circumvent any copyright notices, license terms, protection measures,
obfuscation, watermarks, or access-control mechanisms of the Material.

4. No Commercial Use or Monetization

Any commercial use of the Material is strictly prohibited.

Any direct or indirect monetization of the Material is strictly prohibited, including but not limited
to: paid access, reserved slots, item sales, cosmetic sales, sponsorships, advertising, partner perks,
donation rewards, bundles, subscriptions, and any other revenue-linked use — without the Author's prior
Written Permission.

5. Models, Assets, and Privacy

The 3D models, meshes, textures, materials, animations, sounds, icons, and other artistic assets created
or added by the Author as part of the Material are the private property of the Author and are provided on
a strictly closed basis.

Without the Author's Written Permission, such assets, in whole or in part, in original or modified form,
may not be: extracted, unpacked, converted, exported, imported, reused, remodeled, retextured, repainted,
embedded, or applied in any other mod, project, work, engine, or product, including with attribution.
Attribution, source crediting, or the non-commercial nature of the use do not lift this prohibition and
do not create any permission.

6. No Copies or Re-Uploads

The Material may not be re-uploaded, mirrored, copied, redistributed, or published by anyone other than
the Author. This prohibition applies to public and private repositories, Workshop pages, cloud storage,
Discord distribution, website downloads, and any other form of distribution.

7. No Modifications

The Material is provided on a strict no-modification, no-derivatives basis. No altered, partial,
compatibility, patched, merged, or derivative version of the Material may be distributed or used without
the Author's prior Written Permission.

8. No Reverse Engineering, Unpacking, or Protection Removal

You may not unpack, extract, datamine, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise
reconstruct, analyze, or disclose the underlying contents, structure, protocols, or data formats of the
Material, nor circumvent, disable, or weaken any protection measures, obfuscation, or access-control
mechanisms.

9. Workshop Compatibility

This Agreement is to be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of Use.
Bohemia Interactive may host, process, and distribute the Material through the Arma Reforger Workshop to
the extent required by the Workshop Terms of Use; however, no third party receives any rights beyond those
expressly granted by this Agreement.

10. Termination

Any breach of this Agreement automatically and immediately terminates any permission to Use the Material,
without the need for notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all Use of the Material and delete
all copies in your possession or control, except where retention is technically unavoidable for platform
operation and provides no possibility of further Use.

11. No Warranty

The Material is provided "as is", without any warranty, express or implied. The Author is not liable for any
loss or damage arising in connection with the Material or the inability to use it, to the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without
regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement are
subject to resolution by the courts of competent jurisdiction at the Author's location, unless otherwise
expressly agreed by the Author in writing. If any provision of this Section proves unenforceable under the
mandatory rules of the law applicable to you, this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms of
the Agreement.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such
provision shall apply to the maximum extent permitted, and to the extent unenforceable shall be deemed
severable and excluded; all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalidity of
one provision shall not render the Agreement as a whole invalid.

14. Contact and Permission Requests

Any request for Written Permission, as well as any notice under this Agreement, shall be sent to the Author
via the project's official Discord: https://discord.gg/exo-reforger. Sending a request creates no rights until
the Author grants Written Permission; a lack of response does not constitute permission.

15. Entire Agreement and Reservation of Rights

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Author with respect to the Material and
supersedes any prior understandings on its subject matter. No term of this Agreement shall be construed as a
waiver by the Author of any right. Any permission or exception is valid only where granted by the Author by
way of Written Permission. All rights not expressly granted by this Agreement are reserved by the Author.
