RANDOM VICTORY BASES Every round, the mod randomly picks which bases are the purple objectives (control points). Only those count towards winning. The rest become normal bases. No more same-objectives-every-game. Works with the vanilla Conflict victory system. No fake win system. FEATURES - New random purple objectives every round - Unpicked bases stay fully working as normal bases - Side balancing: keeps objectives fair between both HQs - Per-base tick box to choose which bases can be picked - Warnings in the log if your setup can't work HOW TO USE (MAPMAKERS) 1. Add this mod as a dependency to your scenario. 2. Place your HQs and bases as normal (Conflict game mode). 3. Place MORE bases than you need to win. Example: need 10 to win, place 14 bases. 4. Done. It works automatically. SETTINGS On your game mode entity (section: Random Victory Bases): - Enabled: turn the random pick on/off - Control Point Count: how many bases turn purple (0 = win threshold) - Balance Sides: keep objectives fair between both HQs - Max Side Difference: how uneven the sides are allowed to be - Middle Zone Percent: how close to equal distance counts as "middle" - Max Attempts: how many tries to find a fair pick On each base (section: Random Victory Bases): - Can Be Random Objective: untick to stop a base being picked. It then stays exactly as you set it in Workbench. IMPORTANT - A purple base only counts if it is radio-connected to its HQ (vanilla rule). Any base can become purple, so give every base working radio links. - Needs exactly 2 HQs for side balancing. KNOWN LIMITS - Loading a saved game does not re-roll the objectives yet. - Multiplayer/late-join testing still in progress.
