Winter Everon transforms the island with snow-covered landscapes, winter vegetation, frosted rocks and snowy buildings, supported by custom footsteps sounds and winter weather.

The mod uses overrides of vanilla resources to bring the winter setting to Everon. It is designed around the existing island rather than a separate terrain.

1. SCOPE AND OWNERSHIP
This license applies to the copyrightable contributions to Winter Everon (the "Mod")
in which Miydro holds the necessary rights (the "Licensed
Content"). This may include original textures, artwork, audio, scripts,
effects, materials, configurations and prefabs, including protectable
contributions to modified content.
It does not claim ownership of Bohemia Interactive's original game data,
tools, trademarks or other third-party content. Such material remains
subject to its owners' rights and applicable licenses. Separately licensed
components retain their own licenses; this license does not reduce any
rights granted by those licenses or by mandatory law.
2. PERMITTED USE AND DEPENDENCIES
Subject to this license and the applicable Bohemia Interactive terms, you
may download, install and use the Mod in Arma Reforger for non-commercial
play, editing, testing, and hosting on non-commercial servers.
You may use the original Mod as an external dependency of your own Arma
Reforger projects, including mods, maps, missions and scenarios, without
requesting individual permission. You may publish those projects with the
Mod declared as a required dependency. Users must obtain the Mod separately
through the original Workshop listing published or expressly authorized by
Miydro. Merely listing, linking to or automatically resolving that
dependency does not authorize redistributing the Mod's files.
You may reference the Mod's resources and classes and write your own
integration scripts, configurations, inheritance and overrides. This
permission covers your independently authored integration work, not
copying or distributing the Licensed Content in that work. Referenced
assets must remain in, and be loaded from, the separately installed Mod.
Your own project remains yours; this license does not apply to your
independently authored content merely because it uses the dependency.
3. NO EXTRACTION, REPACKING OR ASSET REUSE
Except for the technical copies permitted in section 6, this license does
not permit you to extract, copy out, redistribute, upload, mirror, repack,
bundle or merge the Mod or any Licensed Content into another package,
repository, asset library or project, whether unchanged or modified.
In particular, you may not distribute standalone assets, ports,
retextures, conversions, modified copies or forks containing Licensed
Content, or publish all-in-one/server packs that include its files.
Declaring the original Mod as a dependency is the permitted alternative.
Changing filenames, resource identifiers, format or appearance, or giving
credit to Miydro, does not grant permission to copy or redistribute assets.
Any additional permission must be expressly granted in writing by Miydro
and is limited to rights Miydro can grant. It cannot waive Bohemia
Interactive's terms or third-party rights.
4. NON-COMMERCIAL USE; ARMA REFORGER ONLY
Commercial use of the Licensed Content, and any direct or indirect
monetization of the Licensed Content, are expressly prohibited. This
includes selling or licensing access to it, paid downloads or access,
paid features or benefits involving it, and using it on monetized servers.
Use of the Licensed Content outside Bohemia Interactive's products is
expressly prohibited. The permission granted by this license is narrower:
it permits use only in Arma Reforger. No permission is granted to port
original or modified Arma Reforger game data to other games or products.
5. CREDIT AND NOTICES
When publishing a project that uses the Mod as a dependency, identify
"Winter Everon by Miydro" in its description or credits and link to the
original Workshop listing where the publishing platform supports links.
Do not remove applicable copyright or license notices, claim the Licensed
Content as your own, or imply endorsement by Miydro or Bohemia Interactive.
6. WORKSHOP OPERATION AND OTHER RIGHTS
Nothing in this license restricts permissions granted to Bohemia
Interactive under its applicable agreements or interferes with normal
Arma Reforger Workshop operation. Downloads, updates, dependency resolution,
installation, caching, runtime loading and copies technically necessary
for the permitted client/server use are allowed through those mechanisms.
This exception does not authorize independent mirrors, reuploads, asset
extraction for reuse, or distribution of bundled copies by project/server
operators.
All use remains subject to applicable game/tool EULAs and Workshop terms.
This license does not limit mandatory legal exceptions, rights that do not
require the Licensor's permission, or permissions obtained independently
from the relevant rights holder. It is not an official Bohemia license.
7. BREACH, WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The permissions granted by this license end if you breach its conditions.
You must then stop the uses that depended on those permissions and remove
unauthorized copies under your control, except where retention is required
by law. Independent rights and third-party licenses are unaffected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensed Content is
provided "as is", without warranties, support obligations, or guarantees
of continued availability or compatibility. Liability is limited only to
the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights and liabilities,
including those that cannot lawfully be excluded, remain unaffected.
