HOW TO USE 
All 59 items appear in the Arsenal under Equipment, in the US catalogue and in the USSR catalogue. 
Shoulder boards and field slip-ons go into the epaulette slot and are worn as a pair, left and right. 
Sleeve patches, badges and number tapes use the RHS velcro patch system. Attach them to a jacket, vest, plate carrier or headgear. The upper arm positions are the left and right upper sleeve velcro slots. 
KNOWN LIMITATION - SHOULDER BOARD FIT 
The dress shoulder boards and the field slip-ons are skinned to the shoulder bones and were fitted against one reference uniform. Arma Reforger has many different jackets, vests and plate carriers, and their shoulders are not all the same shape or thickness. 
Because of that, the board will not sit perfectly on every combination. Depending on what the character is wearing it can float slightly above the cloth, sink partly into a thick jacket or a shoulder pad, or sit at a slightly wrong angle. It is easiest to notice when you look at the shoulder straight from above. 
This is what happens when one rigid shoulder board has to fit many different uniform meshes. It is not a broken asset: the board stays attached and follows the shoulder correctly when the character moves. The sleeve patches, badges and number tapes are not affected by this. 
If you find a uniform where it looks really wrong, post the name of that uniform in the comments and it can be adjusted.

RHS - Status Quo. The patch base prefab and the velcro slot system come from it.
