This license applies to the Arma Reforger mods and content created and published by OLC / NUFC-Dale ("the Content").
By downloading, installing, hosting, or using the Content, you agree to the following terms.
1. PERMITTED USE
You are granted permission to:
Download and use the Content.
Use the Content on public Arma Reforger servers.
Use the Content on private Arma Reforger servers.
Use the Content in your own Arma Reforger scenarios, missions, and server configurations.
Use the Content with other compatible Arma Reforger mods.
Use the Content for personal, community, clan, or gaming-group purposes.
Include the Content as a dependency for your Arma Reforger server or scenario.
No separate permission from OLC / NUFC-Dale is required for the above uses, provided that all terms of this license are followed.
2. MODIFICATION
You may modify the Content for your own personal or private server use.
You may create derivative work based upon the Content for use within Arma Reforger, provided that:
The original creator is credited.
The modified version is not presented as an official OLC / NUFC-Dale release.
The modified version does not falsely imply endorsement by OLC / NUFC-Dale.
The modified version remains subject to the applicable Arma Reforger Workshop requirements.
3. REDISTRIBUTION
You may not re-upload, mirror, republish, or redistribute the original Content as a separate Workshop project or download.
The official OLC / NUFC-Dale Workshop upload should remain the primary source for the Content.
You may reference or link to the official Workshop release so that users can download the Content from its original source.
4. CREDIT
Where reasonably possible, users are encouraged to credit:

when publicly showcasing, discussing, or distributing work that uses the Content.
5. COMMERCIAL USE
The Content may not be:

6. PROHIBITED SERVER
The following server/community is specifically prohibited from using the Content:

Task Force Lizard, including its owners, staff, developers, members, affiliated servers, and associated communities, is not granted permission to use, host, distribute, modify, or incorporate the Content into its Arma Reforger servers or scenarios.
This restriction applies regardless of whether the server is public or private.
7. NO IMPLIED PERMISSION
Permission granted by this license applies only to the uses expressly permitted above.
Any use not expressly permitted by this license is reserved by OLC / NUFC-Dale.
8. OWNERSHIP
OLC / NUFC-Dale retains ownership and intellectual-property rights in the original portions of the Content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Content to any user.
9. ARMA REFORGER REQUIREMENTS
This license is subject to the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of Use, the applicable Bohemia Interactive EULAs, and any other applicable terms governing content created for or distributed through Arma Reforger.
Where this license conflicts with mandatory Bohemia Interactive terms, the mandatory Bohemia Interactive terms take precedence.
10. TERMINATION
If you violate this license, the permissions granted to you under this license terminate immediately.
You must then stop using and distributing the Content to the extent required by applicable law and the applicable Workshop terms.
11. ACCEPTANCE
By downloading, installing, hosting, or using the Content, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this license.
