Null Mandate - Gear Core

LICENSING & ATTRIBUTION NOTICE

Modifications and server content released by this server, including this modification, are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License (CC-BY-SA 3.0) and are produced in full compliance with the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of Use and Bohemia Interactive's content licensing framework.

If the models or assets are NOT original assets or creations, they fall under the standard Arma Reforger licensing (APL), as they are purchased or third-party models and cannot be shared freely.

Attribution required by this licence: Sosa, Null Mandate SCP RP, https://discord.gg/5CmgSaeRFg. See section VIII.

This notice covers the Null Mandate gear packs (Null Mandate Gear - Core, Null Mandate - GOC Gear, Null Mandate - Foundation Gear and Null Mandate - CI Gear) and the Null Mandate gamemode's supply terminals that offer their items.

I. SCP FOUNDATION CONTENT
All references to SCP designations, anomalous entities, and Groups of Interest contained within this modification are derivative works sourced from the SCP Wiki (scpwiki.com), used in accordance with CC-BY-SA 3.0 as established at: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/licensing-guide
Groups of Interest referenced: the SCP Foundation, the Chaos Insurgency, and the Global Occult Coalition with its PHYSICS Division.

None of the above intellectual properties are owned by this server or its development team. All lore, terminology, and concepts originate exclusively from their respective authors on the SCP Wiki. This modification, being a derivative work of CC-BY-SA 3.0 licensed content, is hereby also released under CC-BY-SA 3.0.
The SCP Foundation logo is by Aelanna, CC BY-SA 3.0. The Chaos Insurgency and Global Occult Coalition emblems shown on the gear are SCP Wiki derived works, used under CC BY-SA 3.0; their authors are credited on the SCP Wiki licensing guide.

II. ORIGINAL WORK
All original textures, material definitions, prefabs, scripts and configurations produced by this development team are independent works created exclusively for this modification. This includes, on every item in these packs: the fitting to the Arma Reforger character, the weighting and rigging, the collision and armour tier setup, the ground models and inventory previews, and all retexturing and colour work. That covers the Chaos Insurgency recolours of captured Foundation and Coalition gear, the red lenses, tape, straps and emblems, the camouflage colourways, the tinted lens variants and the Vigil Biometric Watch's live screen. It also includes the gamemode's shop and terminal configurations that list these items.

III. ARMA REFORGER / BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE COMPLIANCE
This modification was produced using Arma Reforger Workbench (Arma Reforger Tools) and is published exclusively for non-commercial use on the Arma platform, in accordance with:
Arma Reforger EULA: https://reforger.armaplatform.com/eula
Workshop Terms of Use: https://reforger.armaplatform.com/workshop-terms
BI Content Licenses: https://www.bohemia.net/community/licenses
No monetization of this modification is conducted or permitted. Bohemia Interactive is not a party to any licensing arrangement between this development team and third-party content rights holders.
Character skeletons, base prefabs, base materials and every base game item offered at the terminals (including the medical supplies and radios) are Bohemia Interactive's Arma Reforger assets. They are referenced from the game, not copied or redistributed, and remain under Bohemia Interactive's terms.

IV. CGTRADER MARKETPLACE ASSETS
Certain 3D models included in this modification were purchased through CGTrader (cgtrader.com) under their standard Royalty Free License, and are used in compliance with CGTrader's Terms of Service and marketplace licensing framework: https://www.cgtrader.com/pages/terms-and-conditions
Purchased assets are integrated solely for use within this modification and are not redistributed, resold, or sublicensed in any form. The Royalty Free License grants this development team the right to use purchased assets in derivative works, including game modifications, for non-commercial purposes. It does not transfer ownership of said assets, nor does it permit any third party to extract, reproduce, or redistribute those assets outside of this modification.

V. OTHER PURCHASED AND THIRD-PARTY MODELS
Other 3D models and their textures were purchased from, or supplied under the licences of, other creators and marketplaces. These include the 3DMA helmet packs (LSHZ in low cut and high cut, BK3), and the models behind the helmets, face masks, gas masks, gloves, knee pads, clothing, boots and eyewear in these packs. Each remains the property of its creator and is used under that creator's licence, solely within this modification. The same terms as section IV apply: these assets are not redistributed, resold or sublicensed, and no third party may extract, reproduce or redistribute them outside of this modification.

VI. REAL WORLD NAMES, PATTERNS AND TRADEMARKS
Some items are named after, or modelled on, real equipment. The camouflage colourways in these packs are not the real patterns. They are separate textures made for this modification, with their own shapes, colours, scale and layout, and they differ from the official patterns they are named after (among them EMR, VDV, MM-14, Flecktarn, M81 and MultiCam). Those names are used only as a loose description of the look a colourway is going for, so players can tell them apart; they do not mean the texture is, copies or reproduces the real pattern. Product and pattern names belong to their respective owners; MultiCam is a registered trademark of Crye Precision LLC. This modification is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer, armed force or trademark owner, and none of the items are real protective equipment.

VII. REQUIRED MODIFICATIONS
These packs require Zelik's Character, a separate modification by its own author, which is not included here and remains under its author's terms.

VIII. REDISTRIBUTION, EDITS AND DERIVATIVE WORKS
The original work of this modification (its prefabs, scripts, configs, and the textures and material work made for it by this development team) is licensed under CC-BY-SA 3.0: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/
Anyone who edits, modifies, reuploads, repackages, includes or builds upon this modification, in whole or in part, agrees to the following, which are the attribution and share-alike terms of that licence:
1. Attribution. Every such upload must credit Sosa as the original author, name this modification, and include the Null Mandate SCP RP Discord as the link that accompanies that credit: https://discord.gg/5CmgSaeRFg. Under CC-BY-SA 3.0 section 4(c) this Discord link is the URI the licensor specifies for attribution; it must appear in the Workshop description of the upload.
2. ShareAlike. Every such upload, and any modification, scenario or server package that contains this modification or any part of it, or that changes it, must itself be released under CC-BY-SA 3.0, and must carry this notice or an equivalent one.
3. No added restrictions. No terms may be applied that restrict the rights this licence grants to anyone who receives the work.
4. Scope. This grant does not extend to the assets covered by sections IV, V, VI and VII, nor to Bohemia Interactive's assets; those may not be extracted, redistributed or relicensed by anyone, and remain subject to their own owners' terms.
