Null Mandate - Gear Core

NULL MANDATE - SURVIVOR GEAR

What the people outside the Foundation wear when the world stops making sense. Two hundred and thirty nine items for survivors, scavengers and anyone caught in the middle: everyday clothes, cold weather gear, improvised armour, gas masks and three complete sets taken from the people who were there first. Every item carries a worn model and a separate ground model, a rendered inventory preview and an entry in the arsenal.

UIU KIT, 12

The FBI Unusual Incidents Unit, the government's answer to the anomalous, as worn by its raid teams. Every piece is its own item, so it mixes with anything else in the pack.

UIU Field Shirt, long or short sleeve. UIU Tactical Pants and UIU Jeans. UIU Gloves and UIU Boots.

UIU Light, Medium and Heavy Plate Carrier. The Light carries a Tier II plate, the Medium and Heavy a Tier III plate, and the Heavy adds shoulder armour and a groin plate.

UIU Helmet, a Tier II high cut helmet with ear protection, headset and a quad tube night vision mount.

UIU Gas Mask, a full face respirator with a balaclava. 25 mSv radiation and 25 ML memetic protection with a charged filter.

UIU Duty Belt, worn in its own slot, so it goes with any rig or plate carrier.

D-CLASS, 9

Foundation issue for test subjects, recovered from the chambers.

D-Class Coverall and D-Class Coverall (Vintage): Tier II torso armour, 45 percent melee resistance and 20 mSv radiation protection.

Seven pieces of headwear: Hood, Headset Hood, Respirator Hood, Hazmat Hood (adds 10 mSv, 30 with the coverall), Sack Mask, Combat Helmet (Tier II) and Welding Mask (Tier III). Every one covers the face, so none of them can be worn with a gas mask.

FIREFIGHTER, 9

Turnout gear for the ones who walked into the fire.

Firefighter Jacket and Firefighter Pants, each in Red, Black, Dark Blue and Tan, 20 percent melee resistance each.

Firefighter Mask, a panoramic full face mask with its air cylinder on a back harness. It brings its own air: 25 mSv and 25 ML protection with no filter needed. The harness takes the place of a backpack.

JACKETS, 44

Winter Jacket, open or closed, hood up or down, in Black, Blue, Brown and Green. Bomber Jacket over a shirt or a T-shirt, in Bege, Black, Blue and Green. Denim Jacket, plain or with a fur collar, in Black, Blue, Brown and Grey. M65 Jacket, in Bege, Bege Camo, Black and Green. Puffer Jacket, in Bege, Black Clear, Green and Grey. Leather Jacket, plain or over a hoodie, in Black and Brown.

HOODIES, 20

Hoodie and Zip Hoodie, hood up or down, and Sweatshirt, each in Bege, Black, Green and Grey.

SHIRTS, 20

T-Shirt, loose or tucked, in Bege, Black, Gray and Green. Jersey, in Bege, Black, Bordo and Olive. Shirt with rolled sleeves, in Bege, Blue, Green and Red. Hawaiian Shirt in three prints, and the Adventure Shirt.

COATS, 8

Coat over a hoodie or a T-shirt, in fabric (Bege, Black) or leather (Black, Brown).

PANTS, 12

Cargo Pants, in Bege, Black, Camo and Green. Jeans, in Bege, Black, Blue and Blue Light. Track Pants, in Bege, Black, Gray and Green.

VESTS AND CARRIERS, 35

Stripped Plate Carrier, Stripped Mesh Vest and Stripped Tactical Mesh Vest, each in Black, Brown, Olive and Tan. Stripped Plate Frame, in Black, Olive and Tan. Heavy Plate Carrier, in Bege, Black, CamoDark and Green. Hunter Vest, plain or with its field kit. Puffer Vest, in Bege, Black, Brown and Green. Denim Vest. Chest Sling Bag, in Bege, Black, CamoDark and Green.

GAS MASKS AND MASKS, 14

Gas Mask (Visor), Gas Mask (Twin Filter) in Bege, Black, Gray and Olive, GP-5 Gas Mask with or without its hose in Black and Gray, and the PMG and PBG masks. Gas masks sit in their own slot, so a hat or a helmet goes on over them, and they protect against radiation and memetic hazards while a charged filter is fitted. Also the Respirator, in two colours, and a Medic Mask.

HATS AND HELMETS, 26

Ushanka, Panama Hat, Flat Cap, Cowboy Hat, Classic Hat and Pith Helmet. Head Bandana and raised Goggles. Open Helmet and Bike Helmet, each in three colours.

BANDANAS AND SCARFS, 10

Bandana over the face, in Bege, Black, Black Pattern and Green. Scarf, wrapped or open, in Black Pattern, Green and Green Pattern.

BOOTS, 14

Boots, high, low cut or with socks, in Bege and Black. Sneakers, Running Shoes and Leather Sneakers in several colours.

BRACELETS, 6

Bead Bracelet, for the left or the right wrist, in Black, Green and Red. They share the wrist slot with the Vigil watches.

IN THE ARSENAL

Every Survivor item is in the civilian arsenal under the "Null Mandate" section, through Null Mandate Gear - Core. Armour tiers, melee resistance and the radiation and memetic protection listed above apply on Null Mandate servers.

REQUIREMENTS

Null Mandate Gear - Core. Zelik's Character.

LICENCE

Null Mandate Content Licence v1.4. The full licence and the credits for this pack follow below.

NULL MANDATE CONTENT LICENCE
Version 1.4, effective 10 October 2026

Rights holders: Sosa, Orofarne and Private Ryan (together, "the Null Mandate development team" or "the team").
Contact and permission requests: https://discord.gg/nullmandate

IN SHORT (plain summary; the full terms below are what count)

You MAY:
* Play with these mods and run them on any server, loaded from the Arma Reforger Workshop.
* Load these mods as a Workshop dependency of a scenario or modpack that only uses their items unchanged, with credit to the team, as long as it is set to Public.
* Record, stream, screenshot and post videos of these mods, including monetised videos and streams.
* Open and edit the files privately on your own computer, as long as nothing you change is ever uploaded or passed on.
* Reuse, edit and reupload the models, textures, names and lore text this licence specifically names as CC BY-SA 3.0, with credit, and use them in other games, art, renders and merchandise.

You MAY NOT:
* Copy, reupload, edit, reuse, extend or override any source code (scripts, AI behaviour, animation graphs), in whole or in part, without written permission. Source code is never CC BY-SA.
* Publish a mod that modifies, extends or overrides these mods (modded or inherited scripts, inherited or overridden prefabs and configs) without written permission.
* Reupload, repack, copy, extract, edit, rename, port or redistribute any other file that is not specifically named as CC BY-SA 3.0 in this licence.
* Publish any mod, scenario or modpack that uses these mods as Unlisted or Private. It MUST be set to Public on the Workshop and CANNOT be Unlisted.
* Monetise anything from these mods inside Arma Reforger unless Bohemia Interactive allows it (and, for anything not CC BY-SA, the team allows it in writing too).
* Use, copy or run the Null Mandate gamemode code anywhere outside Null Mandate.
* Take bought or third-party models, sounds, textures or animations out of these mods for any purpose.

1. WHAT THIS LICENCE COVERS

This licence applies to every modification, asset and piece of server content the team publishes, including Null Mandate Gear Core, GOC Gear, Foundation Gear, CI Gear, the Survivor gear, the Null Mandate shotguns, Null Mandate NPCs, Null Mandate SCPs, SCP-610 Part One, SCP-4426, Null Mandate Anomalies, the food and emote mods, Null Mandate Rocks, the Foundation site, and the Null Mandate gamemode.

In this licence:
* "Content" means everything in those mods: models, textures, materials, animations, rigs, sounds, music, source code, prefabs, configurations, worlds, user interface and text.
* "Source Code" means the content described in section 4.
* "SCP Items" means the content specifically named as CC BY-SA 3.0 in section 3 and in the credits blocks.
* "Reserved Content" means all content made by the team that is not an SCP Item, including all Source Code.
* "Gamemode Code" means the scripts, configurations and systems of the Null Mandate gamemode.
* "Third-Party Material" means content the team did not create (bought, downloaded, supplied or licensed material), as described in section 8.
* "Bohemia Material" means Arma Reforger assets and code owned by Bohemia Interactive.

2. THIS LICENCE REPLACES ALL EARLIER NOTICES

Earlier licence notices shipped with these mods were unclear and wrongly described the team's original work as released under CC BY-SA 3.0. They are withdrawn and replaced by this licence. The team's intent was, and is, that CC BY-SA 3.0 applies only to the SCP Items. All other team work, and all Source Code, is, and always was intended to be, all rights reserved. The earlier notices never granted CC BY-SA, or any other licence, for any Source Code, nor for any model, texture, animation, sound or other file that this licence does not specifically name as CC BY-SA 3.0.

The newest version of this licence, as published with the mods and on the Null Mandate Discord, applies to all versions of the content. The team may update this licence at any time.

3. SCP ITEMS (CC BY-SA 3.0)

Only what this section and the credits blocks specifically name as CC BY-SA 3.0 is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 licence: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/

a. SCP Wiki material: all SCP designations, names, lore, document text and concepts taken or adapted from the SCP Wiki (https://scpwiki.com), used under its licensing guide: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/licensing-guide. None of this belongs to the team; it belongs to its authors on the SCP Wiki. The SCP Wiki articles the mods use, each credited to its authors through the link to its original page, where they are listed:
   * SCP-008, "Zombie Plague": https://scpwiki.com/scp-008 (NPCs: the SCP-008 infected, cure and test kit; gamemode)

   * SCP-5000, "Why?": https://scpwiki.com/scp-5000 (the setting of SCP: 5K, whose assets the mods use)
b. Emblems: the SCP Foundation logo (by Aelanna, CC BY-SA 3.0), the Global Occult Coalition and PHYSICS Division emblems, the Chaos Insurgency emblem and any other SCP Wiki derived emblem, together with every texture image in which one of them appears, in full.
c. CC BY-SA models: the models listed under "CC BY-SA 3.0 models" in each mod's credits block, with their textures. These are the SCP creatures, the infected wolves and the infected bear, the Mk VII Field Dress family, and the anomaly and artifact models the team made. Their animations, animation graphs, AI, behaviour, scripts and sounds are NOT included; they are Reserved Content.
d. Names and lore text: the names, descriptions and lore text of the SCP creatures and of the team's anomalies and artifacts (among them the Blood Hymn, the Piano Man's songs, the Crusher, Hush, Sink, Swarm, Watcher, Bladder and the cave anomalies) as shown in game.
e. SCP: 5K material: the SCP: 5K assets by Affray LLC that the team uses, which Affray licenses under CC BY-SA 3.0 as SCP Wiki related content ("SCP: 5K (c) 2021 - 2026 Affray LLC. Some rights reserved; Content related to the SCP Wiki, "SCP", "SCP Foundation" its logos, wiki pages, images, and alike are licensed under Creative Commons Share-Alike Attribution 3.0 where applicable."), and the Mk VII Field Dress family the team built from them.

Nothing else is CC BY-SA. Source Code is never CC BY-SA (section 4). Any model, texture, animation, sound, prefab or configuration that is not specifically named as CC BY-SA 3.0 here or in a credits block is Reserved Content or Third-Party Material, and may not be distributed, edited, extracted or reused.

Third-Party Material inside any SCP Item is NOT covered by this grant and keeps its own licence (section 8). Where an emblem texture is built on a third-party texture, only the emblem and the team's own additions are CC BY-SA; the third-party base stays under its owner's terms.

Attribution. Anyone who uses, edits or shares an SCP Item must, in the description of their upload or product:
1. credit "Sosa, Orofarne and Private Ryan, Null Mandate" and link https://discord.gg/nullmandate (the attribution link this licence specifies under CC BY-SA 3.0 section 4(c));
2. name the mod the item came from;
3. state that the item is licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0, with the link above;
4. keep the SCP Wiki attribution for every SCP article the item is based on, and any credit listed for that mod in its credits block.

ShareAlike. Anything that adapts an SCP Item must itself be released under CC BY-SA 3.0. No further restrictions may be placed on what that licence allows.

4. SOURCE CODE (ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, NEVER CC BY-SA)

Source Code means:
* all scripts (Enforce Script .c files), including AI and behaviour logic, anomaly and artifact logic, components, user interface code and tools;
* all animation graphs, animation sets and animation instances (.agr, .agf, .ast, .asi and the like);
* all AI behaviour trees and AI configurations (.bt and AI settings).

All Source Code is (c) 2026 Sosa, Orofarne and Private Ryan. All rights reserved. It is never CC BY-SA, including the Source Code that drives an SCP Item (for example the AI and behaviour of SCP-610, SCP-939, the infected wolves and bear, and the anomalies). SCP Wiki names or lore text that appear inside Source Code stay CC BY-SA 3.0 as text under section 3; the code around them does not.

Nobody may, without written permission under section 10:
* copy, extract, reupload, repack, mirror or redistribute Source Code, in whole or in part, including single functions, classes or snippets;
* edit Source Code and publish the result;
* reuse Source Code, or any part of it, in another mod, game, engine or project;
* publish a mod that extends, overrides or hooks into the Source Code (for example modded classes, inherited classes, replaced or extended animation graphs or behaviour trees), even through a Workshop dependency without copying files.

5. OTHER RESERVED CONTENT (ALL RIGHTS RESERVED)

All Reserved Content is (c) 2026 Sosa, Orofarne and Private Ryan. All rights reserved. Besides Source Code (section 4), this includes every model, texture, animation, sound, prefab and configuration the team made that is not specifically named as CC BY-SA 3.0: among others the gear and its fitting, weighting and rigging, armour and collision setup, textures and colour work (except the emblem textures in section 3b), weapons and weapon animations, creature and character animations, items, ground models, inventory previews, sound projects, effects, user interface and worlds. Edited versions of third-party originals that are licensed CC BY 4.0 (named in the credits blocks) are also Reserved Content; the originals remain available from their creators under CC BY 4.0.

Nobody may, without written permission under section 10:
* copy, extract, reupload, repack, mirror or redistribute Reserved Content, in whole or in part, on the Workshop or anywhere else;
* include Reserved Content files in another mod, modpack or scenario (a Workshop dependency is not inclusion);
* edit Reserved Content and publish the result, or publish a mod that modifies, inherits or overrides its prefabs or configurations;
* rename or reskin Reserved Content and publish it as new;
* port Reserved Content to another game, engine or platform;
* sell, rent, paywall or otherwise monetise Reserved Content.

These uses are allowed without asking:
a. Playing: anyone may play with the mods.
b. Servers: any server may load the mods from the Arma Reforger Workshop.
c. Dependencies: a scenario or modpack may load these mods as a Workshop dependency and use their items unchanged (for example placing them in a world or an arsenal), as long as no file of these mods is copied into it, nothing of these mods is modified, inherited or overridden, it is set to Public on the Workshop (see "Public visibility" below), and its description credits "Sosa, Orofarne and Private Ryan, Null Mandate" with https://discord.gg/nullmandate. Anything that extends or changes these mods needs written permission (sections 4 and 10).
d. Private edits: anyone may open and edit the files on their own computer for learning or private testing, as long as nothing is uploaded, shared or passed on.
e. Media: anyone may record, stream, photograph and post videos or screenshots of the mods, including monetised videos and streams.

Public visibility. Every mod, scenario or modpack that depends on, includes, extends or reuses any of these mods or their content, whether under section 5c or under a written permission, MUST be published on the Arma Reforger Workshop with its visibility set to Public. It CANNOT be Unlisted or Private, and it may not be switched to Unlisted or Private later. Anything published or kept Unlisted or Private breaks this licence (section 11). Written permissions under section 10 carry this condition unless they expressly say otherwise. Uses of SCP Items under CC BY-SA 3.0 alone are not bound by this condition, because that licence allows no added conditions; the team asks that they be Public as well.

6. NULL MANDATE GAMEMODE CODE

The Gamemode Code is (c) 2026 Sosa, Orofarne and Private Ryan. All rights reserved. It may not be copied, extracted, edited, reused, redistributed, run, hosted or used as a dependency by anyone other than Null Mandate. Sections 5a to 5e do not apply to it, except 5a (playing on Null Mandate servers) and 5e (media). SCP Wiki material contained in the gamemode (lore text, names, emblems) stays CC BY-SA 3.0 under section 3; the code around it does not.

7. MONETISATION

Inside Arma Reforger: nothing from these mods may be monetised (sold, paywalled, or tied to donations, ranks or paid perks) unless Bohemia Interactive allows it, through its own terms or its written permission. Where Bohemia Interactive allows it:
* SCP Items may be used within what Bohemia Interactive allows;
* Reserved Content, including Source Code, may be used only with written permission from Sosa, Orofarne or Private Ryan as well (section 10);
* the Gamemode Code and Third-Party Material may never be used.

Outside Arma Reforger: SCP Items may be used and monetised in other games, engines and projects, and in art, renders, prints and merchandise, under CC BY-SA 3.0 with the attribution in section 3. Reserved Content, Source Code, the Gamemode Code and Third-Party Material may not be used or monetised outside Arma Reforger at all.

Videos and streams: anyone may monetise videos and streams that show any of the mods. This is not monetising the mods themselves.

No SCP Item that contains Third-Party Material may be monetised anywhere, in or outside Arma Reforger. The infected wolves' animations are derived from a non-commercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) motion capture source and may never be monetised.

8. THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL

Parts of the content were bought, downloaded, supplied or licensed from other creators: among them models bought on CGTrader and other marketplaces, the 3DMA helmet packs, licensed sound libraries, music, motion capture and visual effects. All Third-Party Material belongs to its creators and is used under their licences, solely inside these mods. The team does not license it to anyone. Nobody may extract, reuse, redistribute, sell or relicense it. Credits for each mod are listed in its credits block.

9. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE, REAL WORLD NAMES AND OTHER MODS

These mods are made with Arma Reforger Tools and published in line with:
* Arma Reforger EULA: https://reforger.armaplatform.com/eula
* Workshop Terms of Use: https://reforger.armaplatform.com/workshop-terms
* Bohemia Interactive content licences: https://www.bohemia.net/community/licenses

Character skeletons, base prefabs, base materials, base game items and sounds, and the base game scripts the mods build on, are Bohemia Material, and so is any mesh cut from Bohemia Interactive's sample character (for example the Sink's hand). They are referenced from the game or built from Bohemia's samples, not redistributed, and remain under Bohemia Interactive's terms. Bohemia Interactive is not a party to this licence.

Some items are named after or modelled on real equipment. Camouflage colourways are original textures that only describe the look they aim for; they are not the real patterns. Product and pattern names belong to their owners (MultiCam is a registered trademark of Crye Precision LLC). The team is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer, armed force or trademark owner, and nothing in these mods is real protective equipment.

Some mods require other mods (for example Zelik's Character for the gear packs). Those are not included and remain under their own authors' terms.

10. PERMISSIONS

Any use beyond this licence, including any reuse, reupload or extension of Source Code, needs written permission from Sosa, Orofarne or Private Ryan, requested through https://discord.gg/nullmandate. Nobody else can grant permission. A permission covers only what it states and can be withdrawn at any time.

11. BREACHES

Anyone who breaks this licence loses every permission it gives them, including running the mods and building on them, until the team restores those permissions in writing. Unauthorised reuploads and uses will be reported to Bohemia Interactive for removal under the Workshop Terms of Use. This does not affect the rights CC BY-SA 3.0 gives to anyone else for SCP Items.

12. NO WARRANTY

The content is provided as is, without any warranty. The team is not liable for any damage or loss from its use.
